Clean, comfortable, there is an elevator, two terraces. The kitchen has all amenities, a stove, a large refrigerator, several types of plates and glasses. Coffee machine, toaster, microwave oven. Beds are comfortable, sheets and towels great. There is a 24-hour supermarket right across the street. 10 minutes from Sagrada Familia. Taxi to Plaza Catalunya - 10-12 euros. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. There is a metro line L4 5 minutes away. Key collection takes place 10 minutes from the apartment. The lady was extremely kind and nice. He gave us full information. She spoke perfect English. We asked for a transfer to the airport because our flight was very early in the morning. Everything was perfect. We paid 45 euros in advance by card. I give it a deserved 10.

The apartment was spacious, very well equipped, clean. Located in a nice quiet neighbourhood at the 5th floor and had a balcony aw well. 5 min walk from the subway station of Joanic. (You d better use this station instead of the 'Sagrada Familia' as it is quicker, easier to access and takes you directly to city center without having to change trains.)

In regards to our stay to Sensation apts everything was great. Nothing to comment :)

A beautiful and spacious apartment. We particularly liked the roof terrace. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. The area didn’t offer very much when we arrived but as time went on more bars and shops opened and it was quite lively. The little shop opposite met our immediate food and drink needs. Everyone was friendly and helpful at local bars and restaurants. We had a lovely meal at the local Italian restaurant. It was a short walk to the hop on/off bus and tourist information kiosk.

Needs a bit more furniture. 1 sofa is not enough for the number of people. It needs a couple of armchairs. A small desk/dressing table and chair in the twin room would be nice. There needs to be a bit more information, perhaps a ‘Welcome Pack’ we didn’t know how to use the door cam when our taxi arrived or the Nespresso machine and the bins outside were confusing if you weren’t Spanish.

The apartment itself was fine. Not luxurious but comfortable, quiet and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and they were generous with supplies such as oil, vinegar, laundry detergent etc. The staff at reception were great and very helpful, always available on WhatsApp if you had any questions.

The second bedroom was very small. It really is only big enough for one bed not the two that were shoved in there. For me though, the biggest drawback was the location. There are lots of supermarkets around if you are self catering but not many restaurants and shops close by. I would stay closer to the old quarter if I came back to Barcelona.

Public transportation and restaurants were within easy walking distance but not in the middle of the tourist congestion. No noise and we all felt very safe. Loved the tree-lined streets. Apartment was very comfortable and served us very well. AC was excellent coming from "overindulgent" USA standards. The hosts were very helpful, knowledgeable, responsive and overall fantastic.

No dryer. We had to hang our clothes to dry. However, it was hot outside and dried quickly.

Excellent location, any necessary equipment in the room and kitchen with whatever you need (even olive, salt, vinegar). Clean, new and relatively silent apartment. It exeeded the expectations. Everything accessible in max. 30 min. with metro travel. Good restaurant and bar just below. Poor location for car owners due to no public parking spaces availiable at any time. Consider it when travelling by car. Paid parking cost above 20-30 EUR a day.

From the "nice-to-have stuff": Owners could consider to invest in some practical hangers to hang the coats or jackets nearby the entry doors, otherwise it is needed to hang them with shirts in the rooms. It might be nice as well to have electric ladder heater in the bathroom, for the colder months time, just to have a place to hang and dry your socks or pants.

It was a short walking distance from Sagrada Familia, very convenient public transport to all the tourist attractions. Very clean and comfortable apartments with everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, pots and pans, cutlery… everything you need. Washing machine in the bathroom! A 24-hour shop right across the street, a very nice Catalunian restaurant next door. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful.

This is a great apartment in a great location. We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment has everything you need including a convenience store across the street and lots of local cafes and restaurants to make your stay very easy. It's close to good metro's and buses so we could get to everywhere we needed to be easily. The suburb is very nice and lovely to walk around.

The bed was so hard I couldn't sleep. I would love to stay here again but I cannot sleep on such a hard bed. I usually love the European mattresses which are firm but comfortable but this felt like the topper had been removed and it was just springs.

reception was very friendly but we did not realize we would have to walk 4 blocks with significant luggage in tow; had we known we would have had the driver wait a few minutes to take us up the street.

The apartment is a great value but a bit farther from attractions than we had caclulated-- the metro is very easy to use and helped remedy the situation.

Very spacious, extremely functional layout, all the amenities you could ask for. Its also listed on Airbnb but was cheaper on booking.com. Its really the best combination of apartment (large, multiple rooms, full kitchen) and hotel (felt new, very clean, easy pickup of keys at reception, sheets/towels and all required kitchen things that are often missed in air bnbs.
