The location is perfect, lots of decent eateries, bars & close to shops, beach is a 5minute stroll, the rooms are well equipped, beds very comfy, lovely balcony with sunbeds as well as table & chairs, sea view. Not noisy as on 6th floor & weather terrible so im guessing not too many late night revellers!! Reception always manned & staff were very very friendly & welcoming. For the finer days there is a rooftop sun terrace, so all in all, a great hotel, for the price with unbeatable location, will be back for sure.

There is only one lift, which at breakfast time gets busy, not a biggie but just a little frustrating. The breakfast was okay, usual choices, but not spectacular, you cant please everyone, so in the grand scheme it was adequate.

Customer service was excellent. Diane on reception was extremely helpful and welcoming. Our room was clean and the lady made up our room whilst we were at breakfast. The hotel is located right in the middle of old town and everything is easily accessible. Literally one street away from the sea front in one direction and Main shopping and restaurants one street behind. There were various lifts situated around so easy to access the various floors.

The only negative we would provide was at breakfast it seemed a bit hectic. The buffet was self service and there was no order to get your breakfast. However this would be easily avoided if the middle food display was moved back so guests had to move around in a clock wise circle to access the food areas rather than come from all directions.

The central location is perfect for the old town and it's literally a two minute walk to the beach. The superior sea view room is definitely worth the extra money and is a private and quiet space if you just want to chill and relax. A plentiful and delicious breakfast served until 10:30am, so definitely a chance of a snooze in the morning.

The evening meals were okay, but could do with more variety and maybe some show cooking. Most nights were fish heavy and not a lot of meat.

Central location in the Old Town close to the tapas bars, restaurants and shops and sea. Excellent breakfast. Three bars, one at the front and another at the back and one in the lounge. A bar on the roof terrace which wasn't open in Nov but lovely views and furniture. The staff everywhere were amazing, especially Yaly! Nothing was too much trouble for Reception staff. Always pleasant and helpful. Rooms modern and clean. Bit noisy if window open at night as on a busy street. Would definitely book again

First of all, many thanks to the administrator - Diana. As for the hotel, I often travel and go on business trips, and I can quite frankly say that this is one of the best I've been to. Of course, the building itself is no longer new, but the furnishings and staff have done everything possible to get the maximum rating. The terrace and the opportunity to enter the roof on the 8th floor were a pleasant surprise and I was able to enjoy the view and sunset.

At first, I didn't even know what to find fault with and for the first time I thought of leaving this field empty, but I decided to point out one thing. There weren't enough vegetables for breakfast, and there were plenty of pastries, which should have been cut down after all.

Lovely room with very comfortable bed and pillow. Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing roof terrace, excellent very central location. Good choice of food for breakfast and dinner.

Nothing. I was disturbed a lot by the other guests, scraping furniture around and being noisy slamming doors. I was kept awake until about 1am and then woken up at about 7am. So I got more and more tired. But the hotel isn’t really to blame for that.

Location also we had the good fortune to be upgraded from a standard room to a sea view with a sunny balcony at no extra cost The courteous and professional manner of all the staff especially Diana on reception who gave us a fabulous welcoming experience who also messaged us during the week to enquire if we needed anything

Location - Hotel was perfect, in the heart of the old town on what is called gin and tonic street due to all the bars there. Rooms - Cleaned every day, perfect for us. They even upgraded my daughter and her friends room to feature a huge terrace as there were 3 of them in one room so gave them a bigger one!! Staff - Always had a smile on their face and couldn't do enough to help you, even when faced with 12 of us booking in all through one person. Had a few issues with the payment through my credit card company which was easily sorted by them. The staff in the restaraunt, bar, on reception and the cleaning staff were always friendly and happy to see you. Breakast - Only tried one day as we prefer a lie in on our hols after some late nights. Food was fine, typical hotel breakfast with continental style buffet and cooked English style eggs, sausage, beeans etc. Just as a note there were 12 of us staying aged from 14 through to 68 and every one of us loved the hotel.

Only tiny thing would be that there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

Nice, bright, clean and modern with good food.

Difficulty vehicle access and parking. Directions snd locals didn't know directions as they hadn't heard of it. I called reception at least 8/9 times and it didn't help. Two locals tried to go with me from the sat nav directions but ended in a pedestrian precinct. Took me over an hour to find on foot.

Nice hotel, good location, staff very friendly and helpful, we were upgraded on arrival as there was a better room available and were also given a room free of charge to use on the last day as we had a late flight. These are the little things which would make me return as usually hotels would be wanting to charge for these things. Great customer service.

I could not fault the hotel, there is no pool but this did not bother us, the beach is only a couple of minutes walk an there is a jacuzzi on the rooftop
