We have stayed at the hotel before and like it. It is clean and tidy and the staff are lovely. My parents stay there for a few weeks during the winter months so we fly out to see them. The room was big and clean. The restaurant has plenty of choice of food. The drinks in the bar are very reasonably priced, although we went all inclusive, other family members have joined us so they purchased drinks. The location is in between the new town and old town so both are easily reachable. I thought it was very good value for money and will stay again.

Sometimes the food could be a bit better. I was told that the hotel is a 4* but I would say it is a 3*. This is no problem for us as we use it as a base and we think it is value for money. We didn't find the entertainment very good to be honest. I appreciate that it is a Spanish hotel and there is a mixture of Spanish and English guests, I would say half and half, but the entertainment was geared totally towards the Spanish so a bit of effort could be put in there as, with a lot of the English guests being older, they could not / would not want to go outside the hotel for the evening.

A very nice and central hotel in Benidorm. Had requested a corner room 3rd-4th floor with nice views, and got a room 5th floor with a glimpse of the sea. Wase more than happy with that,- though it was not a corner room. The buffet style breakfast was outstanding with many choices (and lots of fruits as well). The rooftop pool was great (but cold!), and there were always enough sunbeds for everyone.

The day before leaving I asked the man at the front desk if it was possible to keep the room until 1 pm (instead of checking out at noon). He kind of "promised" that it could be arranged, and told me to come back in the afternoon. Then he would confirm. When coming back another man was on duty, and he just said "no, not possible". Tried to explain what the first man had said, but it did not help. If the "afternoon man" had been more service minded he could (at least!) have offered me to keep the room until e.g. 1230.

Great Service when needed. Very spacious and clean room in a great spot with a great view. Good options considering the time of year of our visit.

Tip for future visitors. Keep your room key separate from your phone as it can affect it's operation. We had to ask for it to be reactivated at reception a couple of times before we discovered that was why. Staff were very helpful with this and understanding. Sometimes the pool is shaded and therefore quite cold but can't complain too much when you're on the rooftop in the sunshine.

I would like thankful to the hotel receptionists and restaurant staff. They are really very helpful and friendly, professional. I especially want to thank the waiter Raul. A young, friendly, helpful guy. Our room had the best location on the 5th floor, corner with a large terrace and sea view. The food was delicious, fresh.

There could be more variety of warm food for breakfast, because eggs get a little boring every day. There could also be a more diverse program in the evenings and more friendly the barmans.

The location is good, near the Old Town and easy to walk everywhere. Yes the hotel is a bit dated but the rooms are clean and comfortable. The food was good and plentiful, and all the staff worked extremely hard, particularly the bar staff who at times were very busy.

Entertainment needed more variation, over 7 nights the same musician appeared 4 times. Line Dancing was very popular and the music quiz was short and sweet. Perhaps things are better in high season. The hotel is also quite noisy in the early hours as they clean the roads/beach but this is common in my experience.

Location is fabulous, right in the town so easy to find bars, restaurants etc Not too noisy considering location. Lovely sea view from our room and sunny balcony (422) Breakfast good selection of food and drinks, plenty of tables. Pool area on roof Lovely... great sea views and plenty of sunbeds.

Evening entertainment wasn't to our liking however plenty going on outside the hotel. Some staff (bars) didn't listen properly/understand so didn't get what expected.

Everything about this hotel is lovely. It's location is fabulous,the staff all through the hotel are friendly helpful and make the visit enjoyable. I visited with my 85 yr old dad,so we didn't want a typical British hotel. This is perfect, location was great for him and he enjoyed everything about it.The balcony was big and view was lovely . Although I took a travel kettle as reviews said didn't have in rooms..You can take hot and cold drinks to your room just tell them at the bar,so wouldn't take it again. Dad thoroughly enjoyed it and I did too. If you want a rowdy hotel stay in new town but for anyone wanted a relaxed break with excellent service and food this is the hotel for you.

Nothing it was all perfect

Nice stay here for 4 nights.Staff were friendly and the hotel and room were very clean although a little dated. Food was nice and plenty of choice. A couple of minutes walk to the beach and plenty of places to eat,drink and shop nearby.Would stay here again.

Not really a dislike but the lifts were very slow and the entertainment in the evening wasn't very good if you didn't want to venture out.

The room was great , the bed was the most comfortable I have ever had. The food was very good and the drinks were of higher quality than I had expected. All served by friendly efficient staff. The old town is a quieter place to stay in Benidorm.

It is very difficult to get out of Benidorm, you have got to be interested in sea and beaches

Fantastic location in old town .lovely roof terrace .

Little bit noisy in lobby outside bar and dining room area , mainly people waiting for dining area to open in morning and later at night when bar closed and people waiting for lifts . Otherwise very peaceful . Probably sounded louder to us as we were just above .
