Being on the first floor was Brilliant and the location is amazing.Staff were superb and great security for getting to your safety dep box and storing suitcase. Amazingly clean and fresh towels nearly every day.

Wasnt the best breakfast. Beans were cold.Bacon was very Spanish mainly fat and cold. Great coffee though and you could get toast and boiled eggs and meats and cheese which did enough to fill a hole.If you want a good English breakfast they are loads of places in afive min walk under 6 euro

Really friendly staff and let us check in earlier too! We booked a quadruple bedroom as that was the only one available for 2 adults but ended up with a double anyways! Amazing location.

Air con was ridiculously loud so we had to turn it off in order to sleep which made the room really warm! The shower wasn’t brilliant either, couldn’t wash my hair properly as the flow was so light!!!

Room was spotless, as was the bathroom, and balcony, it was what you was you pay, perfect, air con was tip top, left on freezing cold so was lovely coming in.

dated a little bit, some arguing in the night by other guests, the beds arent comfy, too narrow, and was constantly falling out of bed., if you move a lot in bed, which i did!

Location, walking distance for restaurants, shops, beach. Very central location in Old Town Benidorm.

No coffee facilities could hire a kettle but no cups to go with it. Hair dryer had to be hired. Could have done with a few more sockets. Free air conditioning. We had a room with a balcony, so that was a sun trap.

The room was comfortable and cleaned daily. The location of the hotel was perfect.

There was no iron or kettle in the room, however for the price of the stay you can’t complain.

Location was exactly in the centre of Benidorm. You have a lot of restaurants and bars near to you. Beach is 2 minute by foot. The rooms are cleaned. The bar at the entry of hotel has good drinks with good prices.

The doors are old. The furniture is old style.

Location very central to all shops bars etc, couple minutes walk to beach, staff friendly, pub on site for breakfast, room cleaned/towel change daily, good size room. Heater/air con above bed very good

Didn’t pay for a balcony so only had a window which overlooked a wall so room was quite dark, no hairdryer or kettle etc in room.

The location was good. The rooms were as expected for the price we paid. It's very basic but it is clean. The bar area is a good meeting place if you're travelling with friends as we were. It was perfect for what we needed as it was just a clean, safe place to sleep, and that was it.

Location great, but still not a lot of noise. Staff very pleasant and friendly. For a 3* it was more than I expected. Didn't use the restaurant so cannot comment. Would definitely book again.

Clean, tidy, good location and value for money

Bar tender spends more time outside talking to friends rather than behind the bar. Had to wait a while on one occasion and on another we just gave up waiting and went out.
