We enjoyed a delightful family vacation at this hotel, that was a great way to kickstart the summer holidays! Family-Friendly Amenities: This hotel is great for families! It offers children's activities, including a Kids Club and a kiddies pool. The nightly entertainment was a hit with the whole family, providing fun and engaging shows that added to the overall experience. Beautiful Grounds: The hotel grounds are maintained and walking around the property was a pleasure, as we were surrounded by plants and flowers. The entire area was clean and well-kept, creating a serene and pleasant environment. Spacious and Clean Rooms: Our room was spacious and spotless, featuring a large balcony that offered a lovely place to relax. The cleanliness and comfort of our room greatly contributed to our positive experience. Delicious and Varied Food: The food at the hotel was delicious. Initially, we had booked just breakfast, but we were so impressed with the variety and quality that we upgraded to full board. There were options to suit everyone's tastes, making mealtimes something to look forward to. Convenient Location: While the hotel is a bit further from the promenade and main tourist areas, we found that it had everything we needed right on-site. This slight distance from the bustling areas actually made our stay more peaceful and enjoyable. Overall Experience: All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. The combination of good amenities, beautiful surroundings, and great food made this hotel an ideal choice for our family vacation.

I loved the facilities, the space in the room, the view of the mountain, etc. The swimming pool area is perfect and I also liked the tropical garden. The staff were very professional and kind. Beds were very comfortable.

I want to come back to this hotel many times, but there's one thing that was a problem for me, noise after 12 at night was common in the room area (people shouting, etc) almost every day. I know this is difficult to manage, but if there's one thing that could prevent me or others from coming back, noise at night that wakes me up would definitely be the thing.

Excellent again, 6th visit perfect stay, amazing hotel, rooms, facilities, pools including roof top, food great, enough for every everyone from salad bar to hot plate.

Entertainment staff...not sure entertainment is the right word, pretty poor, havent got children those ages now, if i did would be disappointed, they need to realise that there is British children in the audience, interpret for the them and the parents, last gripe when we came to Hotel 10 years ago music was played round the pool, when after the aerobics the music was turned off half the pool booed, leave the music on all day?

Great hotel. I was a little bit with mixed feeling due to other comments and how the food is not good but I would say the food was amazing. I was interested to try different cuisine. The facility was good, clean, the stuff was helpful and nice. There is heated indoor pool which was great for the kids. The room was spacious and clean, with balcony. The view was also great, we were looking the pool. When we closed the door my child could sleep and we couldn’t hear the noise from the pool. There is child section outside with slides which was great too. We couldn’t use it a lot due to weather but this is not related to the hotel. The hotel is around 25-30 mins walk to the beach but we didn’t mind as we were with our small kids and wanted to be away from the night life and noise. In overall excellent hotel the only thing which was disappointing was there is soft play advertised on the website but actually there was no such. Even though this didn’t really affect our stay and if I go back one day to Benidorm I would choose the same hotel

The hotel was huge, split into blocks, but fairly easy to navigate. Our room was spacious, perhaps a little tired, but clean. Good shower. The breakfast area was large with a cafe like feel. Huge array of very English items ie sausage, bacon, fried eggs etc. The location was the best thing for us as it was a short walk to Benidorm Palace for our evening show. Useful car parking in site.

We had a patio door onto a terrace which did not lock. There was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, had I looked closer at the room amenities I would not have booked this particular one. This hotel caters very much for families, if you don’t want noise and children running in the communal areas and breakfast hall of the hotel this won’t be for you.

Beautiful, well cared for hotel, especially the gardens. Rooms were a very good size with good facilities, although the ability to make tea/coffee in the room would have been an added bonus. Housekeeping and pool bar staff were very friendly but I can’t say the same for the restaurant staff. They really didn’t seem to want to be there. Having said that, there was a good choice of food and plentiful. The hotel seems to be very good for families but we steer clear during school holidays if you prefer a quieter stay.

Food was great a few times it was cold though. However, the chefs if asked will cook you omelettes crepes etc as you like them and can give them onions cheese hame chorizo and cook them for you with a smile. They did change my room for me as the first one was freezing as heating didn't work plus no sun on the balcony second room had great views also of Benidorm The spa is better than I thought compared to others in Benidorm

For me I love the Spanish people, culture and food etc. However if you don't the children's and adult entertainment is Spanish only.

Not a high rise and about 15 mins walk from nearest high rise areas. Excellent and spacious public areas with several swimming pools. Room very spacious and well laid ouy with large balcony area facing onto internal courtyard area with palms and other mature planting. So good we extended our stay. Excellent on-site underground car parking at modest extra cost.

Don't leave arriving in restaurant to end of meal service, choice can become a little restricted. Otherwise plenty of choice and well presented.

Rooms, bathrooms and balconies were large. Liked pool not opening until 10am. Always plenty of sunbeds. Bus stop right outside hotel. Facilities to charge and store electric bikes for free.

Limited food choices at breakfast and lunch. Rooms/bathrooms dated and could do with a refurb. Service at main bar/pool bar very slow.

The only thing that was disappointing, was the fact that the hotel insisted on people wearing swimming caps to go in the indoor pool. The outdoor pool was chilly so not accessible for most at the time of year but wearing a swimming cap in the indoor pool is pretty silly when not needed in the outdoor pool!
