My second visit and, as before, it was an enjoyable stay. My room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was substantial with a wide choice of hot and cold items to suit all tastes. Staff on reception were friendly and helpful. There is a large lobby with comfortable seats are an assortment of small bars and cafes nearby. The railway and bus stations are about a 15 minute walk from the hotel.

This is not a criticism - just something to be aware of. The main attractions of Caceres are quite a long walk from the hotel as are the more substantial restaurants.

This modern hotel offers good accommodation with secure and spacious car parking and breakfast included central to the city. It is easy to find and access and is a landmark to its location whether one travels by car or coach. It is now our go to hotel when travelling from Marbella to Santander.

In Spain the air conditioning is not activated out of season which can cause discomfort in west facing rooms on sunny days. To open the window is to enjoy the noise of the city. The swimming pool again is seasonal and this year may not be in use because of drought conditions.

Beautiful hotel. We were given a suit which was lovely had a sofa and chairs just off the bedroom. The beds were comfortable and a great big shower. Hotel location and ample parking. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Walking distance to shops. Breakfast was amazing, and there was plenty of choice. They have a cafe onsit that offerers affordable food.Would definitely recommend.

Friendly staff and comfortable room (just too hot). Good breakfast. Also really appreciated the 2 EV charging points (Tesla / Type 2) in the underground garage. Charging was included in the parking. Note that I had to press the "reset" button on the charger to get it working.

On arrival, the room was extremely hot. I had to open the window and door to get some cool air in. It was still hot all night.

This is a great hotel located in the perfect position position to explore the lovely city of Caceres. We were just passing through but would love to visit again and would definitely choose the Exremadura, a classy 4 star Hotel l. We had an accessible room and would recommend this hotel for disabled guests.

All great. No tea / coffee making facility in the room but that didn't matter.

What an absolutely fabulous place. We can’t rate highly enough. Best breakfast we had all holiday, beautiful rooms, spotlessly clean and a fabulous host who gave us the history of her fantastic property, lovely walks with easy access into town. Would most definitely return if in the area again.

I liked the garage even though you have to pay an extra $15. Staff was friendly and professional. The check in and check out were fast. Room was spacious.

I had requested a bed for a couple and they gave us a room with two separate beds. The breakfast had a lot of options but the quality of food was not good. The hotel is a mile away from the Plaza Mayor. It’s a ten minute walk.

A very nice hotel. lovely big room and bathroom. all the usual facilities. Nice towels. Very good breakfast with cooked as well as continental and a good choice. Sadly no restaurant for evening meals but there was a tapas bar and that was fine. It was about 15 minutes walk from the ancient city which was our main reason for visiting Caceres. That is worth the walk and even though hot part of the walk was through a shaded Paseo de Espana. The old city dates back to 15th and 16th century and is very well preserved. There was secure parking below the hotel which was good and not cramped. a lift from the garage to our floor which was helpful. the staff were pleasant and helpful with directions and advice.

Nothing. it was an excellent Spanish hotel.

All the staff were I met were excellent, however I must give a special mention to Maria Jesus. I was tired after the drive from Cádiz and Maria was on reception for my check in. She was efficient, helpful, warm and just lovely😊. When travelling alone, this means a great deal and is so much appreciated

Room was a nice size and had all the amenities we needed. Staff were polite and Luis was very helpful in particular. Appreciated the private parking underground. Enjoyed our stay

Hot options at breakfast were poor in our opinion, but plenty of choice on the continental side.
