1. The stuff was exceptional (especially during breakfasts and dinners). 2. The hotel was very clean and the variety of food in the main restaurant was great. 3. The beach near the hotel was nice. 4. The facilities were adapted for disabled people.

1. We could not use the gym and the indoor pool because of a very poor ventilation. The sauna and hammam did not work during our stay. 2. The food at the snack bar could be much better (e.g., without so much convenience food). In our view, it was very different from the main restaurant. 3. Also, we noticed that the bed was not very stable.

It was beautiful hotel, immaculately clean, beachfront view and the soundproofing was fabulous couldn’t hear anything when balcony door was shut. But I loved the sound of the waves crashing on beach and left my door open most nights , slept like a baby. The food was exceptional for buffet style, so much choice

The only thing was minor but most tv channels were in German and I would have liked more Spanish programmes to practice my Spanish comprehension.

Poor entertainment program. They need to add a bit of Live quality music like let’s say Michael Jackson tribute and still entertain all age groups 😊

Super location, feeling connected to the beach and promenade but not noisy. The whole of the hotel has wonderfully high standards. We had a Sea View Junior Suite, we enjoyed the additional space and had good views of the sea and sunrises. Our bathroom was roomy with a fantastic walk shower, gorgeous quality white towels. The entire hotel is very well maintained with a helpful, courteous friendly team. We can only comment on breakfast, but is was abundant, with lots of variety and tables set and cleared promptly.

There was nothing to dislike, it is well designed and in a super location.

I wanted to cancel once because I couldn't book any public transport from Palma, it was late 11PM and taxi was expensive. Thought of rental car but they don't have parking. Booking stuff didn't allow me to cancel as my booking was non refundable. They were right in their ground but I didn't know before booking that there would be issue on booking a public shuttle. As last measure booked a rental car, fortunately found a parking as well. It was little bit tention until we reached late night, only part I didn't like of our trip.

Very close to nice sandy beach, covenient price of sunbeds on the beach, clean water in the morning Clean rooms, excellent meals, every day big choice for breakfast as well as dinner, kind staff, beach towels clean every day, side view of sea from room balcony was also very nice, beautiful sun rise seen from it

The service and staff here are truly exceptional. You'll find the breakfast spread abundant and diverse, with a range of options to suit every taste. The location is perfect for exploring, with convenient access to transportation links. While it's perfect for those seeking quiet and peaceful holidays (though I can't guarantee the same environment during the summer season). Just a heads up, smoking isn't permitted inside the hotel or on the room terrace – a breath of fresh air for non-smokers! :)

There was an excellent choice for breakfast and evening meal. Although it felt a bit crowded with people finding a seat, people moving back and forth to the food counters and people leaving the restaurant we got used to moving quickly to avoid others. the staff in the restaurant were very helpful and thoughtful. The reception staff were excellent and could not have done more for us. Our room was always cleaned perfectly. The bar staff were helpful and the drinks were reasonably priced for a four star hotel.

Although there was an excellent choice of food it definitely was prepared for the German visitors. That's it.

The hotel is beautifully located in the center of Cala Millor just next to the beach with bars, restaurants and shops at its doorstep and at the same time providing quiet and peaceful stay. The property together with swimming pool area were very clean and daily housekeeping service in our room was excellent. We had an amazing views from our room, shower was great and bed was very comfortable. We opted for half board and weren't disappointed, food was very good with good variety, menu changed daily. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its staff who couldn't do enough for you. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and definitely would come back here again.

Wow - this hotel really exceeded my expectations! When you walk in, it smells so nice; there is a sprawling marble floor and white piano - and you get a glass of champagne on arrival! It was literally the best hotel! Thank you to all the staff and especially Sorin on the entertainment team (very good activities - rifle, boules, darts and a sensational bike ride from Cala Millor to Porto Cristo) the bar team Jeffe, Cristobal, Cristian who made the BEST cocktails; Xisco & Oscar on reception always friendly and quick to resolve any issues, and Sergei (not sure if I spelled right) the waiter was there every morning and every night excellent standard of service OMG! The food was great. The view from my balcony was incredible. Nice relaxing atmosphere after a very difficult 5 months. Best holiday i’ve had in years. THANK YOU I will be back!!!!!!

only one English channel on TV, would like more English channels! buffet maybe a little bit expensive €26 so consider booking a room with meals included advance to save money
