The hotel was very pleasant. The pool area was well staffed and maintained with fun activities for everyone at some point in the day. Our room was clean with a gorgeous view over the complex and resort. Staff were very accommodating. I liked how there were rules in place to ensure everyone had a good time i.e. no drinking in/by the pool and no hanging of towels over the balcony to keep appearances pleasant for all. Food was fresh and plentiful - throughout the weekend there was much to choose from.

It's a shame that some cocktails were not included in the all inclusive package i.e. Paloma's. I think 5.90E extra was excessive and that a smaller supplement charge would have been sufficient if at all required.

This is a super luxury hotel with great standard. The best food and super great quality, the kitchen and service staff -super caring. Highly recommend. This is a great hotel and of a 5 Star standard.

Absolutly gorgeous Great staff, especially Patricia ans Viejo from the restaurant. Great variety of food ath breakfast and dinner Pool area very clean. Great size rooms, comfy beds, clean made daily. We found parking places for free on the street with no problem 5 minutes walk to the beach, rearaurants and shops near by, and Best coffee just accros the road. As a personal touch, we found în the room a nice toy for our child. Thank you all for your hard work so we can feel ourselves like home

Exceptionally clean, excellent facilities with indoor and outdoor pool, treatments etc and close to the beach and amenities. Staff were helpful and friendly in all locations.

Personal opinion but hotel is close to the beach with all balconies facing to area the pool and the sea. However it’s surrounded by high rise hotels and this means sea view is blocked and you are very overlooked. 4* service for me means being seated in the restaurant and always having tables laid ready for customers. It was seat yourself at dinner and hope to find a laid table. Less speed more care needed here.

Room was clean,.spacious and had a nice view, good variety of fresh food with healthy options, staff were great, hotel is well presented and great location

All inclusive drinks were slightly limited, steam room was not working and the gym is quite small and limited on equipment

The food was amazing with so much choice each day and everything I had, whether at breakfast, lunch or dinner, was superb! The location was excellent being just a two minute walk from the beach, whilst the hotel facilities were excellent, I couldn’t have been happier with my decision to stay here.

The only tiny fault was that there was no bottled water in the fridge inside the bedroom.

Hotel was clean, facilities were brilliant and great value for money.

The aircon wasn’t working so we had to open balcony doors to let air in however the music from the bar nearby kept us awake.

Location and extremely good value for what was on offer

I booked pool view, on arrival our room was second floor with a view of roofs below, we went to reception who explained that rooms are poolside, i showed my booking of pool view, reception said hotel was full but did manage to move us rooms, they really were excellent. We were only an overnight stay but for me location and what I have booked are all part of the experience ☀️

The hotel is on the second line, 2-3 minutes from the beach. The breakfast is very rich and varied. Every evening was themed, with freshly prepared food. The beds are very comfortable. The staff is very kind and responsive. The location of the hotel is perfect.
