The sentido is really central great location .The staff are lovely ,it was my birthday came back to a bottle of bubbly in my room 😊.They couldnt do enough for you,Hotel is modern and cleanvfood is very good, lovely pool area and there was entertainment but it with it being so central we went out for that .A very enjoyable stay.

There was a good few wee ants in our room bathroom and balcony didnt bother me at all but for some that may be a dealbreaker.

We loved our bedroom with a balcony and great seaview , the sunrise view was fabulous. The bed was extra large and extremely comfortable. The staff on reception were very friendly, helpful and attentive. We also loved the outdoor seating on the terrace for break fast , generous choice of food for breakfast too, it was a lovely way to start the day. The pool area was spacious with a fabulous large pool. The Hotel was so close to the local beach and close to shops, bars and restaurants (without being too noisy to sleep at night) and walking distance to the port which was perfect.

The breakfast dining hall was underwhelming, super busy and full, we ate on the lovely outside breakfast terrace instead.

The location was really great for staying in Cala d'Or, many resteraunts and bars straight across from the hotel. The sound didn't seem to travel into the rooms either. Most of the staff were very friendly and there was some good evening entertainment although it was mostly for the older people there. Breakfast was nice and varied and food seemed reasonably priced if you didn't have the all inclusive package and wanted a few lunches there.

As others have mentioned, the sewage smells from the corridor can be strong at times, luckily they don't seem to go into the rooms themselves. A small nitpick but the pool floor tiles could do with being looked at as I cut my toes several times in one area (while playing aqua ball) and was just told that was normal when I asked for some plasters from the life guard.

It is a great location, just a few steps from the town centre and the beach. Very friendly staff.

I noticed a musty smell coming from the air conditioning in my room. It wasn't a major issue since the temperature outside was only 23 degrees. Turning off the air con and keeping the balcony door open all the time helped resolve the problem. However, I can't imagine using that air con when it's really hot outside.

Hotel well appointed, staff very pleasant everywhere. Very clean and smart furnishing kept updated.

The loud music outside our room faCing the pool blasted out till midnight most nights. You could not sleep till past midnight. Then staff cleared tables scraping chairs across the floor. Even when the 'turns' had finished..not all could sing, the music continued with the same intensity. It would help to reduce the sound throughout and if there are only 6 people left to turn the music off. You cannot talk above the music very loud.

A good value hotel in the heart of the town and close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The room was pleasant but slightly basic, with a balcony furnished with chairs and table. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice to suit all nationalities. The pool area was big with plenty of chairs and sun beds and the policy was that you couldn’t reserve your sun bed early with towels.

Unfortunately our bathroom had a drainage issue that we had to report a few times. They did try to rectify the problem.

Hotel was really clean, staff super friendly and great pool area and pool.

Our bathroom smelt really damp and mouldy and needed some attention. We stayed here 2 years ago and didn't notice that, so I'm guessing they need to do some work to the bathrooms.

The staff cleanliness and pool area were superb , a really relaxed hotel in an amazing location . Lovely cozy vibe

We only had the breakfast which i thought wasn’t great compared to a full english outside , was ok though with cereal and option too

We had a great stay, from the staff, to the location, to the facilities and the breakfast options. It was a perfect location walking distance to the main streets of cala d’or’s main eating and drinking establishments and walking distance to all the beaches in the area.

One of the best breakfast buffets I’ve been to! The hotel and room itself is very nicely decorated and very close to the beach. All of the staff were very friendly- bonus that it was an all adults hotel which meant it was very calming and relaxing especially by the pool! Would highly recommend to anyone and would definitely be back!
