Guest relations manager Xavier was very friendly when he helped us print some documents. The location was perfect, as the lounge chairs were like 1 meter from the beach, so the hotel guests have plenty of privacy. The staff moved the towels of guests who tried to claim lounge chairs, which freed up space, and was highly appreciated. The dinner was exceptional, with a wide selection. The bus stop was right in front of the hotel, with buses running towards the airport, Tarragona, Cambrils and even Barcelona.

The kids club was obnoxious. The external air conditioning unit was blowing heat onto the balcony, rendering it not useful because the temperatures were rising over 50 degrees, so we could only use the balcony when the AC was switched off. The towels weren’t changed daily.

Elevator was not working several times during our stay, food manu limited, drinks to lunh and dinner cost extra (and prices are high, e.g. 2,85€ for 200ml nestea) and you have to pay for it directly after each meal, but bigger problem was with lifeguard - our 5 years old daughter was swimming for several days in big pool using swimming ring with no problem, but on our last full day (and last time in the pool) there was different lifeguard (male) and he had screamed on my wife and forbid our daughter swiming in big pool with that ring. He made her cry and ruined her last day...

Location was amazing! Apartment’s were clean and modern and right next to hotel. staff were so friendly and efficient. Food was excellent. We loved the entertainment at might - two of the acts were amazing and the entertainment team work so hard!

The activities were excellent but not well enough advertised- we had to ask to find out about them. Also everything is in spanish so if they could integrate a little more english it would facilitate english speaking kids. We would have loved if pancakes were a regular on the breakfast menu (they were a desert option one night) and if coffee was available at lunch and dinner- but these are just minor things. Overall we were delighted with our stay!

Great location, directly on the beach. Spacious rooms with sea view, large balcony, clean. Excellent food - really tasty, big selection. The hotel staff is very friendly. Parking at the hotel for very good money, 10-12 EUR per day. The big surprise was, that the hotel staff checked the "reservation" of the pool chairs and removed the towels eventually, bravo!!!

The room equipment little dated. The hotel pool bar played the same playlist over and over again - whole day, every day.

Location was good, right on beach in between Cambrils and Salou. We liked that we had long walk options on both sides. Apartment was ideal for us, as hotel next door was much more ideal for families with children. Breakfast was great in the morning, great choices. Apartment was cleaned every day and fresh towels everyday also. Bus stop right outside hotel. Hotel staff were lovely and it was spotless.

Pool area was very crowded with sun loungers which you couldn't move when the sun moved. No kettle in apartment.

A free secured parking for bikes . Thanks for all the staff and also the security guard for being patient with us everytime we have to take out and keep our bikes . Special thanks to the staff of the dining area , can't remember all their names but they all did a great job making our stay memorable . Not to forget the chefs at the show cooking area as well as those who are at the back preparing those delicious foods .

Location, food, facilities, strong AC.

Hotel wifi signal doesn't reach the apartments. Hotel staff spoke russian too much by default when they belived that the tourists were non Spanish.

This hotel exceeded my expectations, everything was great, gorgeous pool area, right on the beach, hotel food was lovely, we stayed in the apartments which was gorgeous pictures on the booking.com site do not do it justice as it was lovely and very spacious for an apartment right on the beach.
