Hotel was spotless, rooms were great , plenty of sunbeds, loads of space inside & outside, bus stop right outside.

Most of the staff were rude and need to go on a customer service course , especially in the breakfast area where the chef serving the eggs couldn’t care less about her job literally throwing the eggs on your plate mostly undercooked or broken.

Modern hotel with good location - just a few steps to the sea and sandy beach. Rooms are very clean and spaciuos, staff was very helpfull. Excellent variety of food for breakfast and dinner. Food was very tasty and so much of everything I couln't even taste it all. Delicious cocktails at the pool bar. Free parking. Free bottle of water upon arrival

The pool is small, the sunbeds are occupied by people from the morning and they stand occupied but without people for half of the day, and in the evening there is absolutely no space on the sunbeds. The pool water is very cold in September. Restaurant is very crowdy during breakfast time, long rows to the coffee machines. No access to the roof in September

The room was very clean, quiet spacious, good size bathroom. The pool area is excellent, clean, plenty of sun loungers and direct acces to beach is great. Reception staff very helpful and friendly

The food was average. Everning meal disappointing with choices available, breakfast was average. The bacon seemed to have been cooked in clumps, straight out of packet, not separated therefore did not look appetizing at all. Non of these issues bad enough not to recommend the hotel but food could be improved.

We have been coming to this hotel for over 10 years as a family, and every stay has been absolutely wonderful. The location is excellent, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff truly make all the difference. A special thank you to Emmanuel — I remember him from when my brother and I were children. He always greets us with such a warm smile and makes the restaurant experience feel special every time. The restaurant itself is outstanding, with delicious food and excellent service. At reception, Vasily and Zoya always make us feel at home. They go above and beyond to ensure our family rooms are arranged perfectly and that our stay is comfortable. Their hospitality is exceptional. Everything about this hotel is five-star: the food, the drinks, the evening performances, the cleaning service (everything is sparkling), and most importantly, the people. The staff’s friendliness and care make us feel like part of the family. This is not just a hotel stay; it’s an experience we look forward to time and time again. We are absolutely pleased with everything and cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. We will always come back. Thank you for making every stay so memorable!

Location - very good, right on the beach. Beach has a rock bar in front of it which you can swim to, which in my opinion has some of the best snorkeling in the Mediterranean. Breakfast - very good, good English breakfast with sausages, but no hash browns. Has churros. Has pancakes and ice cream. Good selection of pastries and fruit as well. 3 types of Cava and 2 juices available. Various plant based milks also. Dinner - very good, different food every day. Had muscles, steaks, pork, chicken, mexican night, Chinese night, Moroccan night. Paella every day. Drinks not included at dinner, but reasonably priced. Facilities - pool is good, easy to get sun loungers. Rented bicycles, price was 9 euros for a day which is reasonable.

Brakes on bicycles didn't work properly, gears were broken. No hash browns at breakfast It was 2 singles beds pushed together Pool was shallow, between 0.7 and 1.2m deep

We stayed one night on our drive past the area, and did not expect a large tourist hotel for that price. We believe the hotel would be very nice for a bit longer stay the next time. The rooms including the bathroom were very nice, the hotel was bigger than we thought with pool area etc, and quite nice. We had dinner and breakfast included, both were buffé with a big selection.

Some wear damage, but the good price made up for that. The quality of the buffé could have been somewhat better, for example some of the cut melon had gone bad. The private parking was rather expensive.

The coffee in the restaurant wasn’t great And none available at lunch or dinner!

Perfect location by the beach and by the cycle lane. There is a bus stop at the hotel and a taxi rank opposite too. Between Salou and Cambrills, the cycle lane is flat and easy access or ability for any age. The hotel has a selection of rental bikes, no deposit, and straightforward to use. The spa was fine to use on the quiet day and is €8 adult and €4 /child. The hotel has souvenir shops on site and a clothes shop if needed anything. The breakfast has always fresh bread and pastry and cooked breakfast and fresh pancakes and cereals and dairy for any dietary requirements. Dinner has a great selection, too. The staff are friendly when you speak a bit of Spanish.

At breakfast, the hot beverage machine is really slow and creates long queues as you can only fill up one cup at the time. The outdoor swimming pool is cold water.

We much appreciated an upgrade we got, a bigger room with a nice side sea-view. The location at the beach is very good. Even though the hotel is a bit worn out already (last time we visited was 7 years ago), it is still nice.

It was difficult to find a spot at the dinner. The extra dining room had a very strong smell of something artificial (glue, plastic?) which was an unpleasant smell to dine in. The overall quality of food is average, not so many choices but sufficient for couple of nights. The grill station however is very slow and results in long waiting times, even for pancakes during breakfast. Five to ten minutes waiting time for a fish or a burger meat is a bit too long for us. Usually we look forward to hotel dinners but not here, you won't starve but it is not a specially nice experience. EUR 18 for parking per night is unfortunately a little to much.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Facilities are excellent. Rooms spotlessly clean, large and well equipped. Restaurant was very busy but plenty of tables and the selection of delicious food for both evening meal and breakfast was fabulous. Fantastic value for money.

Hotel was wonderful and it would be a nice walk into either Salou or Cambrils but can be hard to walk along the pavement because of all the sellers setting themselves up there. Interestingly as soon as you get to the Salou sign it all stops obviously not allowed there.
