Staff were fantastic, food was delicious, lovely, friendly atmosphere. Lots for families if you want it e.g. activities, entertainment, but also easy to find a quiet spot and not a very touristy location so a short walk from the hotel you're at the beachfront with local restaurants and cafés.

Can't really use this as a negative but for us, sometimes mealtimes felt a bit busy, but when we went at less popular times we could easily avoid this.

Booked ourselves all inclusive but the drink menu in the showroom is not part of the all inclusive and when asked what can i get as a part of all inclusive they were not happy to answer and didn't in the end so ended up leaving the show, with all inclusive you can expect to get the cheapest liqueur if you want to drink the branded ones you'll have to pay up based from our experience, oh and the cocktails like sex on the beach and all that are poured from a machine with no alcohol in them, had 4 different cocktails each and not a hint of alcohol in them

Premium room upgrade was well worth it for us, we had a great time. Loved using the solarium and how peaceful the local area was. Perfect for a quiet stay. Lots of good entertainment in the evenings too.

The all inclusive buffet could be hit or miss depending on when you visited. If you went later in the evening, some of the food would be cold or going stale. It was broadly fine but there were a handful of meals that were disappointing.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Upon my arrival, I received a free dinner voucher which was a pleasant surprise. The food at the hotel was super tasty and fresh. The location is great and the facilities were good. The hotel is quite old but it is well-maintained and clean, which made it a very pleasant stay. I would highly recommend it!

The wifi was weak and unstable. I ended up using my phone data during my stay so I would be mindful if you need to rely on the hotel wifi during your visit.

This is a great hotel in a great location. The staff of this hotel is very friendly and always fulfills all requests. The food is always of high quality and tasty, a large assortment. The pools are large, there are many sunbeds for vacationers, there was enough space for everyone, there is also a place to play tennis, a fitness room, and billiards. Overall, it was a good vacation thanks to this hotel!

The staff were friendly and helpful. There were lots of little efforts and small touches that made us feel very welcomed, safe, and at home. The hotel had a bit of everything and appeared to cater to everyone's needs. A really great few days there, I wish we could have stayed longer

Everything I have any issues about the hotel. Recommended 100%. For us it was better to stay just for breakfast and rent a car to see the island

usual breakfast that you would expect in a hotel, the rooms were simple but nice, nothing to write home about did not have a mini fridge but we could ask for one the staff was very friendly and very helpful walking distance to the beach and some great little local restaurants

The food was always lovely. The animation team, Claudia and nura are amazing and stood out so much! Lots of different activities going on everyday and the pool party was amazing. Room was so nice and the cleaners were so friendly.

Breakfast is excellent ! Such a variety ! Stuff was very nice and allowed us to stay in the lobby until our bus was there. There were a lot of entertainment for the tourists.

The room did not look at all like a 4 stars hotel. Hardly a 3 stars. It was the most expensive and the worst accommodation that I have in Tenerife.
