Beautiful authentic hotel, retaining a lovely historic charm. Staff very approachable and friendly.. Room good, bed comfortable and facilities good. Window seats nice area ro sit and watch the street below.. Breakfast served in lovely area with a good choice. Great location, close to many shops and restaurants and sights of Laguna. Tram just 10 minute walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.and would certainly stay again.

I'll do that in English: This hotel is exceptional regarding its situation in the middle of the historic town. It's very clean and the staff very friendly. As it is a historic building the fittings are old and the furniture as well but with a certain charm. The café of the hotel with its historic interieur is outstanding, service and quality of the products are very good. Yes,, as the rooms are near the hall of the café you can hear voices when it's open but it closes in the evening. I don't understand why this hotel only has got one star it is a nostalgic place and deserves much more than that. Eberhard Michael Iba

I love the location right in the pedestrian area of the old town. I love the old world charm of the hotel, and the good quality of everything. It felt elegant and simple and clean and homey, all at the same time. Very welcoming. And the café downstairs is great, also the little artisan shop off of the café. And the hotel is somehow very quaint! I’m sure every room is different and has its own charm. I know I loved my room.

My room would not have been handicap accessible, but they might have rooms that are.

The hotel is in a super convenient location for city exploration. Nice breakfast, wonderful staff. The hotel and rooms has character. If you want to get an authentic Tenerife experience from a few decadates ago, this is the perfect place.

The staff were wonderful . I mentioned I was cold ( no heat no ac) just like the old days they brought xtra blankets and space heater. It’s in the middle of everything yet was very quiet? Yet still a real town great evening tapa scene.

The stairs and maybe have a hot pot in room for water

Honestly the hotel was absolutely amazing. From the beautiful interior, to the extremely friendly staff, the rooms were spacious, the beds were very comfy and it was simply beautiful. The entrance to the hotel is stunning with a glass ceiling and gorgeous quaint cafe.

We loved the traditional decor and fittings, It gave a feeling of elegance and exceptional style to the hotel. The breakfast was very good, with the usual wide range of food available. Best of all was the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff. Without exception they made our short vaction a real pleasurable experience that we will remember with fondness.

There could have been tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms, although it wasn't something that bothered us too much...

Beautiful old building. Rooms have amazing windows and high ceilings. Had an old school vibe that's quite charming, for instance a floor-bolted safe that would look secure even in Fort Knox. 12pm checkout too, which is a game changer.

The cafe is loud and plays music, which can be heard inside the rooms. I wish there was a kettle in the room.

Arrived quite late, but staff very welcoming and helpful. Location excellent in the city centre convenient for shops, restaurants and attractions. Room and bathroom were both spacious and comfortable. Our room was at the rear of the hotel and was quiet in what was a busy and vibrant area. Breakfast very good.

Nothing that we didn't like. There was no heating/air conditioning in the room, so if the temperature dropped that might have been a challenge. Also, not a problem for us but no lift could be a challenge for less able people.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and beautiful.

It is a bit loud because the insulation is old, but one can understand that the facilities should maybe be like that.
