The hotel is located in a historic building in the very heart of La Laguna and is packed with lovely vintage details to watch and admire. Not only the room itself but many things around including the corridor, garden with its plants and benches, front door and internal doors caught our attention. The property is obviously maintained very well. Everything is clean and tidy. Despite being located in the city centre the house is quiet, cozy and charming. In the vicinity of the hotel there are many attractions to see and we are happy we had visited them. It's also convenient to walk to Intercambiador de La Laguna to travel to Anaga.

It is a luxurious property housed in a beautifully restored old mansion. The charm of this hotel lies in its historic grandeur, with soaring high ceilings, intricate moldings, and tasteful antique furnishings that transport you to a bygone era. The sense of space and elegance in the rooms is truly remarkable. It's located 5 minutes walk of very good restaurants. Excellent shower In conclusion, it offers an elegant and luxurious stay steeped in history, but the street noise might make it less ideal for light sleepers or those seeking a peaceful retreat. If you’re a fan of architectural beauty and don’t mind a bit of urban buzz, this hotel could still be a worthwhile choice.

Despite its many charms, the hotel’s location on a busy street was a significant issue. Traffic noise filtered into my room, even during the late hours, detracting from the serene atmosphere promised by the mansion’s grandeur.

This is an awesome place to stay, perfectly situated at the edge of the historic centre of La Laguna and in an axtraordinary house. The accommodation is simply beautiful and has a pretty, sheltered garden and courtyard. We had the Torreon suite which is spacious and comfortable and also has a huge roof terrace with amazing views. Being picky the kitchen is a bit minimal but there is a kettle, fridge & a microwave - and loads of lovely restaurants and cafes to try. There was a little street noise but this did not trouble us and could be avoided by choosing a room not facing the street.

Great bed and shower, flat was very quiet and comfortable. The location is perfect. We loved the garden.

It would have been nice to have a cooker or at least a toaster and a few items for the kitchen. We had booked and paid for a 2 bedroom flat but we were allocated a 1 bedroom flat with a sofa bed in the sitting room. I think the rooms need to be accurately described.

A nice place with a large park-garden in the territory of the apartment, a great place if you want to stay and see San Cristóbal de La Laguna. Located in the very center of the city.

I missed a kitchen where I could cook, but there is a microwave and it is possible to eat in the immediate area

Superb location in this historic city...the casa itself was stunning and full of interesting points..the bed was super comfortable, the apartment was super clean and the sun terrace (room 10) was an added bonus that left us amazed considering the apartment cost!.. lot's of reading material regarding the area was also available...all and all it kinda of took you back to when the casa was first built...a stunning find 👌

The fact we only stayed the one night was the downside!😁.... seriously though it is a working city (as is the old town)...so the fact that the casa was untouched (window's,shutters etc) meant that the traffic noise started around 7.00 am....but hey, that meant you could arise early, enjoy the sun and prepare to explore the area👍

Amazing beautiful rooms and building itself ! Make sure to check the garden , it is beautiful. It is located in the very center close to everything in la laguna . There is a public parking 2 mins walk from the hotel. There is a fridge and microwave , some tea and coffee, which was super handy !

We were there for 3 nights, we stayed at room 5 which is close to the street and main city square. every morning at 8am there is a protest on the main square, and you are awake! It was really annoying . So make sure you take earplugs with you , or you chose a room in the other side of the building, I think they have some . This was really sad , but we still had really good time in the hotel !

Pro. Beautiful building located in the center of a beautiful town. Well maintained and helpful staff. A treasure. Con. Parking instructions were unclear and could have been better described. There were no cooking utensils or bowls ( an easy fix). A coffee pot and a hot plate would have been appreciated.

We were in the Torreon Suite which was extremely spacious and comfortable and had a lovely roof terrace with views across the old town. The location was fantastic for exploring the old town, the tram to Santa Cruz and good value parking at Las Quinteras. The hosts recommended lots of places for dinner and breakfast and as a result we had great dinners at La Hormiga and Guaydil and breakfast at the Museo Cayetano cafe.

There is a bus stop outside so occasional traffic noise from early in the morning.

Nava Suite is close to the city center. I was there for work at the University and you can reach it by walk. The room was big, clean and well equipped. You can have breakfast in the bar just outside. Self check in functional. I recommend this structure in La Laguna. In case of necessity they reply very quick on WhatsApp.

Probably the fact that the breakfast is outside. But no problem
