Love, loved this beautiful, comfortable sweet hotel on the edge of this charming pretty UNESCO small town of La Laguna. A great quiet spot and just a few minutes walk away from the town and the buzz if you don't want to stay in the center. The staff were perfect and very kind and welcoming to me, going above and beyond to make my stay a good and memorable one. And indeed it was and if I return to this amazing island I will return here or recommend it to others. I felt I chose well...

Nothing...the best hotel I have stayed in for a while!

Very nice small and cozy hotel with good room and great shared areas (living room, garden, …)

Unfortunately, the - nicely selected - breakfast buffet was missing key components most of the time and we always had to ask for refills of cheese/eggs/juice/…, fixing of the coffee maker and stacking empty bowls. For a hotel in this price range (that even asked up front which time slot we want to have breakfast in to “optimize the experience”) I would expect all refills and preparations to be done pro-actively and not mainly on request.

The location is great, quite place with lovely garden:) very kind welcome from the host and free upgrade:) parking near the hotel, comfort and clean room:) the hotel has colonial, vintage style with pictures, old furnitures and books! coffee and orange juice were tasty:)

The breakfast could be better, I mean it will be fine to have 2 or 3 kinds, but good quality of local ham/chess/bread/fruits/vegetables/cakes/some hot meal and it will be more than enough:) it will be also fine if the madam who served breakfast can communicate a bit in English:)

This is not like a typical bed and breakfast that I have been to since the owner does not live here. It is a lovely little house that seems to have been just renovated to create a perfect bed and breakfast type of accommodation. Rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. I like that it is neat and clean and not loaded with personal nick-nacks. The property is very quite with a lovely yard. All properties in this neighborhood are gated. Parking is provided. They will provide a code for the gate as well as a clicker after you check in. The best way to get to town is to walk because parking is impossible in town. It is a pleasant 10 minute straight walk into town on side walks.

The breakfast was not exceptional.

A gorgeous home from home which was in an ideal location - a short walk to the centre but in a quiet location. Very friendly team, secure parking, lovely garden, comfortable room / bed, good shower and cake every afternoon! The breakfast was also a nice touch.

It would have been nice to have more of an opportunity to chat to people. The social area seemed a touch wasted. There were quite a few little lights in the bedroom e.g. TV, fire alarm which meant it wasn't entirely dark. We didn't use the TV so would have preferred it to have not been there. As we were there to walk it would have been good to have more advice and some maps for where to go, but we don't speak Spanish which might have made it easier. A bit of noise early morning and with everyone coming back (not late), but I think that's the nature of a small boutique hotel. The bed was near the door so perhaps that made it more noticeable.

Pictures don’t do justice. This is a charming boutique hotel. The decor is done with taste & rooms are very comfortable. The glassed in breakfast area is very inviting. Guest salon very comfortable. Maria & all the staff took care of every detail. Excellent service. Great recommendations for restaurants. Hotel is in easy walking distance to historic section. All in all a great find!

The property is a beautifully renovated old house with a splendid garden, perfectly located near the old town, with very welcoming common areas for a quiet evening or a lazy afternoon. The host is very communicative, providing all the necessary information (and beyond) about the place and surroundings.

For a gluten free vegetarian the breakfast was a bit lacking fibers. Some vegetables would have been appreciated.

The location and facilities are excellent- and the people working there are amazing! Especially the girl at the reception- I believe her name is Maria - went above and beyond to help me not only with restaurant recommendations, but even making an appointment at a local dentist for me. Thank you so much!

Nothing - everything was great

Amazing hotel with a unique look and design of the rooms and common area. It was really a delight to stay at such a friendly place that gives "at home" feeling. Hosts were super friendly and helped us along the way with valuable informations.

A slight change for the breakfast could be an option, but it is understandable for a hotel of this size.

Great location less than 10 minutes from Tenerife north airport, very comfortable rooms, incredibly nice staff. The breakfast that is included is great! We stayed here twice and loved it.

The first time you arrive it can be a little difficult to figure out where to park and where to find your room (it’s all self-check-in).
