The room was fantastic, very spacious with a large, comfortable bed and I really liked the decorations. In the kitchen I could find everything I needed. Parking was also easy on the street. The internet was okay, not the fastest, but it was enough for a successful online job interview. The host is very polite and hospitable.

For my room, the shower facility was located outside of the house in a separate cabin-like building with poor air vent. If there's rain, it is very uncomfortable to walk in between the cabin and the house, maybe a roof connecting the two buildings would be a sensible thing to construct.

Our stay in Chalet Anagato absolutely exceeded our expectations. When I made the booking I never realized that we supposed to sleep in a wooden shed, so I was quite nervous about it but the good rating and reviews from other visitors convince me not to cancel, and it was very good decision because it was one of our best accommodations on Tenerife. The owner Jesús is exceptional host. He contacted me one day before, and although after our arrival he told me that he didn´t expect us so early, there was everything ready for us. Our shed was on the garden of Jesús´s villa where he and his wife rent other rooms. I must say that it was the most luxurious shed I have ever stayed in, and like other common rooms in the house that were accessible to us was very nicely decorated and furnished. Our bed was very comfortable, there was even TV and Wi-Fi. The place had the atmosphere of very cozy home that made us just stay hours and hours inside and enjoy its peacefulness. We ate on table on the garden, after dark fall, we watched stars. Jesús was such a great host that he even enabled us to wash our clouths despite the fact that they usually don´t offer this service. We also loved his ancient cat Heide that was 17 years old! Although Chalet Anagato is located in small town Tegueste, there all necessary services easily accessible, and very frequent bus services. From Santa Cruz de Tenerife it is just around one hour on bus and a bus stop is just a few hundred metres from the accommodation. There is quite easy access to the mountains on east side of Tenerife. We made one quite easy trip from Tegueste to Bajamar over hills that are nearby. It is only necessary to remember that although the hills are not too high the tracks can be quite rough and tiring.

During my stay there was no hot water in the shower. For me this is a decisive factor regardless the weather, although some people might like lukewarm water when it's hot outside

I loved the atmosphere, quite, peaceful, nice energy, I felt very homely! We stayed in the wooden hut, it was very comfy for me, smelled nice, clean. I got relaxed and had a good night sleep. Bed was good! We had no food with us, and all shops and cafes seemed were closed for celebration, we didn't know, thanks to Jesus, we came back to him and he had some food for us, so I cooked breakfast full on for my hungry boyfriend, he never gets hungry really, so I guess it was very relaxing for him there so he wanted to eat. ;) The main house kitchen was very homely indeed for me, I enjoyed cooking there! The garden was very nice as well, art and trees, good view for the mountains! We were driving, so it was a nice location quite and yet close to a very beautiful town La Laguna! Hot Shower! Clean everywhere! Looked after with love!

I liked everything, my boyfriend is quite tall, so for him it was not that much space in a hut, but I think he was just comparing to the place we stayed the night before. It was enough space to excess the bed and enough storage space. So nothing to complain about! I liked everything!

All good, nice facilities, big shared kitchen and patio, the owner is also very nice. The room was very spacious.

The bed was not super comfy for us, as it was too soft. We stayed in the room downstairs so could hear the conversations in the hallway and the kitchen but it was fine with earplugs.

Anagato is located at a quiet suburb of Tegueste, the very street is a dead-end, so traffic noise is reduced to minimum. The owners are very nice and kind. The room with bathroom we had was very spatious, furniture and devices somewhat old-fashioned but everything functions very well. Pls note the chalet has also other rooms with shared bathrooms. There is a nice yard and the kitchen / fridge for shared use. Continental breakfast within reasonable price possible. A good restaurant and a shop within 10 min walk. Tegueste itself is a relatively quiet town, makes a good base for North Tenerife tourism.

It's private house with rented rooms. The landlord and his wife live there as well. The room we got was very specious and with comfortable beds. Very clean bathroom. You have access to the kitchen that is very well equipped. The landlord is very helpful and listen to their clients needs. You can wash, dry and iron your clothes if needed.

I like to stay away from the usual tourist spots and this is in a very quiet neighbourhood! A wonderfully presented house with full access to a kitchen, jesus and his wife are lovely and very helpful :) this is my 2nd time staying here and there will definately be a 3rd!

Beautiful and clean accommodation with a shared kitchen and dining room. Unfortunately the bathroom and toilet were in the yard and not heated, which was a bit unpleasant. Very nice people, offering breakfast for 4 euros.
