tranquility of the place , quiet as not typical tourist attraction for families . restaurant excellent, very good food and very helpful staff. highly recommend also possibility of local walks along the coast leading to Anaga mountains

too many Germans as very German oriented, hotel and spa is working with Mayer health centre . also close to the ocean pool which used by locals late in the night so can be loud throughput the night

The superior double room was very comfortable and had a small sitting area in front of the ocean view balcony with large glass French window style doors. Comfortable beds and tea/coffee making facilities and small fridge in room. Although this is not specifically advertised as an 'adults only' hotel, it is so by default, as it attracts a mostly fit and active middle-aged clientele who conveniently leave their children at home! We like that!

Quality of food and the hotel environment were exceptional. Excellent staff in the restaurant and at reception too. Views and room quality both very good indeed.

Spa team made a couple of errors with my booking and didn't check in for any injuries or concerns before sessions, which felt a bit neglectful.

I liked the location being so close to the sea

It would have been nice to have had some English speaking television channels and some heating in the bathroom

Light, well designed rooms with far reaching sea views. Lovely outdoor pool, lots of available sun beds and beautiful gardens

I loved my stay at this hotel. All rooms have a breathtaking ocean view, they are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were included, both were great and healthy. The staff is just so amazingly friendly and kind, all requests I had were completed. They organized a lovely hike in Teide. They also have a clinic at the hotel and it was possible to make a Covid test for my flight right there.

If your looking to completely relax and chill its perfect, not alot to do apart from walks outside the hotel. if your looking to party its a no go. Very confortable for solo travellers, and the staff are all very friendly. Treatments are lovely and the food excellent. Will definately go again.

Bed linen and pillows need changing, all very clean but not as comfoetable for the standard of hotel. Not one tv channel in english all German. Apart from that all good.

Excellent and very nice hotel! Everything works, excellent service and breakfast, everything works perfectly.
