The room is really nice, the cleaning is also very good and overall the place has great facilities, views and atmosphere.

The reception is super slow, you spend at least 20 min there for whatever will you do. The facilities for kids could be better and actually, as there is so much space in the hotel, it could well be placed a nice kids room that, even without a person to look after, kids could gather in the evening to play while parents are having dinner. This would avoid kids running in the middle of restaurants. The personal also should be better trained on Customer Service mindset and the team in the kids club is actually very bad! The food in the restaurants are good, however very expensive for what you get.

What can you say about this place... PURE MAGIC! Staff is amazing, always smiling and ready to fulfill any request. They actually do all the necessary things without you even asking. True 5* treatment all the way. We booked a suite which was huge and had amazing views to the resort and the valley. Bathroom is amazing, large walk-in closet, superb beds and mattresses. Pool area, Spa, Gym all exceptional (MUST try the Spa treatments and overall experience). The restaurants... simply amazing. Tried the Tapas restaurant and Roka asian restaurant, both fantastic. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the 2-Michelin star VORO restaurant because it is adults only and we were travelling with our 9yo son.

Absolutely nothing. This is a true gem resort, go for it if your budget can handle it.

- Little expensive but wouldn’t say overpriced for what you get - Pool bar staff not very pleasant - Pool bar is self service, defeats the point of service and being able to relax. Would be a nice touch to be able to order from your sunbed - Upset stomach after having virgin pina colada’s from pool bar - Overall very minor points considering the whole stay was incredible. Would highly recommend if you want 100% relaxation and pampering!

We always enjoy having dinner at the Balearic Restaurant - where we encounter creative dishes with a Mallorquin touch and specials according from the season. Asking for the chefs special is always a treat. In the same restaurant breakfast is served in the morning and the variety of dishes - international and majorquin - are always, fresh, homemade pastries are a must have and attention to detail a given. Massages are great at the serenity spa. The whole place is secluded and has a magic spell. For us it is perfect, away from the noise in a lovely setting.

The hotel was sensational, without any exaggeration at all. From the time you arrive at the property you will receive “white glove” level of service. Pictures can’t do the views from this property justice, they are absolutely stunning. The restaurants on the property are phenomenal, be sure to make a reservation at ROKA when you check in (highly recommend the crème Brûlée). Additionally be sure to take advantage of the country clubs fitness classes that are free to you as a hotel guest (e.g., Pilates, Yoga, etc.)

This hotel has been built like a small town. You can easily walk around through the narrow streets and encounter a nice restaurant or bar. At the checking in, we got a personal service, with advise, tips on what to do. The rooms (suites) are spacious and very luxureous. The staff is always friendly and supportive, something we truly appreciated as my spouse is disabled and needs extra care. Tip : definitely book a spa-treatment. It is worth every penny.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Capvermal Hotel in Majorca, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the friendly staff. The hotel's location is good but you will need a car to go to the city or Beach. Our room was spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated, with a balcony that provided a stunning view of the sunset each evening. The hotel's restaurant served a variety of delicious dishes, including both local specialties and international cuisine. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a wide selection of fresh fruits, pastries …. Additionally, the hotel's amenities were top-notch. We enjoyed spending afternoons lounging by the pool, and the spa offered a range of relaxing treatments that enhanced our vacation experience. The staff was attentive and eager to help us make the most of our stay, providing excellent recommendations . Overall, our stay at the Capvermal Hotel was wonderful. The combination of luxurious accommodations, excellent service, and beautiful surroundings made it a memorable vacation destination with my wife . I would highly recommend it to anyone .

Everything was perfect! The most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The facilities were fantastic & very clean. The rooms were spacious, bed was comfy, and the courtyard was so cute and peaceful. The whole ambiance of the place was so lovely & relaxing. Staff were incredibly attentive and helpful whenever we needed them (even for a 3AM buggy pickup to reception heading to the airport). All the restaurants were delicious too!! Would recommend this to anyone wanting a relaxing and luxurious stay.

The only small fault was the room TV not working properly so we couldn’t watch the Euros but other than that, everything about this hotel is of high standard!

Our room was spacious, clean and the views are beautiful of the valley. Golf in local area is great. Facilities and all staff were excellent. The staff made our stay extra special and went above and beyond to help us when needed. The restaurant staff took our party’s allergies seriously and it was greatly appreciated. We visited in April and had a peaceful time.

Only 2 restaurants open in April, they were good quality food but after a few days we’d of liked more options.

We loved everything about this hotel. The rooms are modern but still retain a Spanish style and charm. The beds were very comfortable and the room was cleaned daily and kept to a very high standard. The common areas and facilities are stunning with the backdrop of the Rocky Mountain behind. Staff were excellent and every detail was considered. Food was excellent! Roka was the best Japanese meal of our lives and we eat this cuisine regularly. This is a luxe feeling hotel but still family friendly. Truly an excellent experience all round. We hope to come back!

The only thing I didn’t think was great, was the totopos Mexican chips for room service. Small serving and overpriced for what it is. But this is such a minor thing.
