We liked everything. Location is on the nicest sea side. The adults only feeling is very good, quiet and calm around the pool and elegant in every area. The breakfast and dinner is fabulous, there is always a freshly grilled option, all kinds of eggs for the breakfast, and all kinds of meat and seafood is freshly grilled. Very wide variety of food. Very clean, comfortable, staff is extremely kind. We could participate at the evening programs of the opposite hotel what is also adult only, as in this hotel there were no programs (which was very good, as it was quiet:)

Everything was good, maybe the dinner desserts are not very delicious, but we are not so much dessert-fan, so it was ok for us:)

We had a wonderful stay. We were upgraded to a room in the adults only area with private pool. Everyone from the staff was exceptionally friendly and in a good mood. The breakfast buffet has more than enough variety in good quality to fit everyone’s taste. The hotel is located in a quiet area. Just outside the hotel you can sit on the rocks and watch the sunset or go snorkeling in the small bay.

There could be a shelve in the shower. The bathroom in general is rather small. But this is not a reason to complain.

The room had a good size and was very comfortable for workation (strong internet). The hotel, in general, was spotless and well kept. Breakfast was also good. The best was probably its location, close to the 3 different Calas, and walking distance to the city center. Staff was superb.

The only thing I would improve is the TV. It would be great to have the Netflix option.

The position of the hotel was great being right on the coast and with a fantastic view across the bay. The suite we stayed in was spacious, clean and comfortable. The manager Edward rescued us from an uninspiring colleague manning the reception desk and his fellow manager Tanya was helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Most of the staff were okay once you engaged with them.

Some of the staff weren’t inspired to deliver good customer service either at reception or in the dining area. There were issues with the room originally booked which Edward acknowledged and was keen to resolve and clearly took pride in customer perception’s unlike the reception person who saw us as more work.

It is remote from resort noise. Renovated. Room was very comfy. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. A lot of nature around. Tasty food. Easy to park a car.

The location is beautiful, get a pool.and sea view room on the 5th floor. Just across the road you can swim in the small bay you can see in the photos or walk to the beach. The pool is lovely with a pool bar too. Cost us €15 a day to upgrade from full board to all inclusive. Rooms a are comfortable and clean. Food was great. Staff very friendly

The location is perfect for anyone who is looking for quietness but still wants to enjoy Cala Ratjada during the day since it’s just a 15min walk to the Centre. The rooms are also very nice, perfect pool, good food. ☺️

In my opinion, the dinner could be improved. It was good, but for me as a Vegetarian, there could have been more variety. The desserts are perfect btw.

For breakfast there was really huge variety of choices. The staff was really nice and smiling. We got a room with nice sea view.

The walls are really thin, you can even hear the neighbours sneezing. The check in lasted a little bit longer that it should, but we checked in late at night, so probably the receptionist was already a little bit tired.
