Hotel is close to the beach. Staff is exceptional, super attentive and nice. Always smiling. Food was very good, with a good variety.

-Although close to the beach, the hotel does not have sunbeds or umbrellas on the beach. If you would like to be on the beach, either you buy yourself an umbrella or pay €19.50 a day for the private concession that belongs to the restaurant. - the hotel pool is only opened from 10-18pm. I beleive its too little time for the high season of summer. - if you want a towel for the pool/beach (and you havent brought yours) you will have to pay €10 euros per towel + €10 euros deposit per towel. - the sunbeds+ umbrellas by the pool are 18€ per week per each sunbed. You dont have to reserve/pay, but if everyone else does, you wont have space to lay by the pool.

The rooms were very clean and modern. The ocean views were nice. The Breakfast buffet was quite large with many options, and above all it was a good deal.

The clientele is quite old and quite German. While these guests were certainly respectful and quiet, if you are a younger person or someone looking for the romance and excitement of travel, the mood and vibe of this hotel is very much more retirement home than exotic beach getaway.

The location is excellent — just steps away from a clean, quiet beach with clear water. The food was of good quality, and the staff were generally friendly and welcoming. We especially appreciated the beautiful garden area with tree shade, where you can reserve a sunbed for a symbolic fee — a great spot to relax. The nearby caves are worth a visit, also to get a great view of the beach from the hills, and there are several nice cafés and shops within walking distance.

The hotel is located just over an hour’s drive from Palma Airport — something to keep in mind when planning your arrival. Service at the outdoor dining area could be more attentive; at times it took longer than expected to get the staff’s attention, even when the area wasn’t busy.

Location, very easy and close access to the beach, hotel was nice and clean, staff was friendly - minus was just that they didn't speak english and it was sometimes harder to understand each other :)

A little "mess" with rooms - even we booked and confirmed our requests on January, it was different at June, but staff tried to do the best to solve that and we appreciate. If you have small children that are going to sleep early - try to book a room on higher floor, because noise from evening shows is quite intensive. We didn't have a chance to be on higher floor even we requestet, that was the only minus of our stay. Everything else was perfect.

I really liked the area but it's a personal preference. It was not as touristic as around Palma and was much quieter but I can understand some people could find it a bit boring. I definitely preferred this smaller beach in the vicinity of a few hotels and mountain villas rather than a city beach. You can find a few bars/restaurants at the beach and a few local shops and restaurants around. The room size was sufficient for two, and the balcony view on the sea was great. The hotel opted for eco friendly solutions which is very positive (own refillable natural cosmetics, water refill stations, towel change policy). To get from the airport to the hotel, you can book a bus service provided by the hotel. There is a local bus nearby which can get you to a few places alongside the east coast if you want to do a bit of sightseeing. You can also visit a beautiful cave nearby.

A minor thing - there could be more fresh vegetables at breakfast.

Friendly helpful staff with a lovely greeting on arrival. Our room was well furnished with a spectacular view. The bathroom was well appointed with lovely large soft towels. One very special thing was that the room has a glass carafe that you fill up with water at a water dispenser by the lift. Very clever and no plastic. The breakfast had an excellent choice covering all types. I had an omelette made for me by a charming chef. Delicious. Fresh fruit and yoghurt and a lovely bread selection. Great location on the beach but also a very clean and useable pool. If you fancy lunch on the beach there are two small cafe/restaurants also excellent. The town is quiet with only a couple of places to eat out but the hotel was excellent.

The only criticism is that the coffee machine at breakfast dispensed rather unappealing coffee and the milk it dispensed was sweet. There was a cold unsweetened milk alternative though.

Beautiful hotel, great location with outdoor pool and close to the beach. Staff is very friendly and helpful (little bit issue with English), food and drinks at bar were great. The ocean view from every room is super nice. I like the offer to provide pool towels so you don't have to travel with your own, but maybe it could be free/included (currently is 10e per towel) I really appreciate the hotel provided info about bus from/to the airport and made time slot reservation for us. In general, we were very satisfied and will come back :)

- I would prefer bigger and more comfortable pillows - even tho food was great, the potatoes and pizza were always undercooked - pool could be opened bit longer, 10am-6pm is quite short

Great location - one of the best beaches you will find on Mallorca just in front of the hotel! Very friendly and helpful staff especially on reception. The room with the sea view was magnificent.

In the rooms with the sea view you will hear the music from the bar below till late in the evening. Also air conditioning was not the best among three 4-star hotels that we have visited during our stay.

Cleanliness and the staff are all super friendly and helpful

System of allocating sunbeds.. you have to pay for them which I found odd, never had that before and once you’ve paid you keep that bed in that location the entire week. The people next to us had their umbrellas up which put us in the shade.. totally their choice but took away ours. I get the whole you have a sunbed but was a bit inflexible with being able to move

A really nice spot. Been coming to this area for years, and first time deviated to a different hotel. Loved the ease to the beach, and the beach cafe there is worth a visit - best goats cheese salad! It is a clean space, really friendly staff, super close to the strip of shops in the centre.

Breakfast smokers outside that meant it was not pleasant to sit out there and eat... would recommend creating a space for them that did not impact other guests. Also parking - but maybe we needed to book that in advance (so more a note to myself to be more organised!)
