The food choices were excellent. Buffet was plentiful. The a la carte for lunch was superb. Rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. It was a quiet, peaceful resort ,but there was a convenient bus stop outside the hotel, with good links to other resorts and attractions!

I think the snack bar section at the beach restaurant should be available to ALL the hotel guests, not just the ones who paid a premium. My parents stayed at this hotel before, and they found it very convenient to get a cool drink and snack at the beach. But we were denied entry, and when my mum enquired at reception, she was informed that she shouldn’t have used it last time as she hadn’t booked a premium room ( no- one had told her this and they had just let my parents in last time! )

Everything, was top-notch! :) Massive room, huge comfortable bed, great large balcony overviewing the new pool and mountains. Breakfast had absolutely everything. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I personally enjoyed all the sports and activities, spinning, aqua gym, yoga, etc very complete and entertaining with shows in the evening after dinner.

All was amazing, maybe the location, if you want to be closer to a center with restaurants to eat out at night. Although closest Cala Agulla and Cala Ratjada are a 12 min drive. But if you are looking to be right next to the best Cala in Mallorca, that’s Cala Mesquida, :) then it’s all that matters and location is more than perfect.

Lovely sunny spacious hotel room and large bathroom, gorgeous pool area and plenty of deck chairs and sun umbrellas. Pool bar was fun and the gym was also well equipped. Gardens were well kept and the Adult Only vibe was just what we wanted.

Our bedroom was positioned close to refuse bins nearby emptied daily and the stage for nightly entertainment was also just in front of us so was not a quiet restful room in spite of requesting a quiet room. However, we were called several times to ask if we were happy and perhaps we could have moved rooms had we alerted reception. Because we were only there for 5 nights we put up with it but if I went back I would try for a room with a sea view.

The pool and facilities were amazing. The breakfast and lunch options were great. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The evening buffet was a bit random and not as high quality as the bistro lunch, (e.g strange noodle paella and prawns that hadn’t had vein removed). It’s a shame it’s so far from the airport too (expensive taxi). Could a cheaper transfer bus be laid on by the hotel?

Our stay was great, it was located nearby beach and we had everything we needed . Better than all, the staff were amazing, helpful and kind.

We enjoyed everything. For those who go here as ALL-INCLUSIVE get a very good offer in restaurants, drinks etc. It has restaurants on-site, 1 heated pool, 1 cooler, gym, wellness and spa center etc. All is well thought through. We took the suite with garden and we got a good one :) perfect chill spot. We valued a lot all the workers who started cleaning not only the rooms early in the morning, but also the whole pool area, including the pools itself, floors, tanning beds etc. Buffet style breakfast was amazing! A lot to choose from. We have been before in other resorts where the food doesnt meet the expectations, but here its very good. We tried also this buffet in the dinner time (which is for all-inclusive) and it cost only 20eur from person. VERY AFFORDABLE for what you get. Of course, drinks you have to purchase on top of that. Dinner had a lot of different choices, each day different theme (italian, mallorcan, international etc). And as this place was for only adults, it was very calm, peaceful. There are 2 shops across the street - SPAR and some random shop. You can get there most important things you might need. + there is also near by pharmacy and car rental place.

I would say that we didnt like this but more of recommendation both to the resort website + booking maybe to show the houses that are there, because for the royal terrace based on the pictures we thought that all of them are overlooking the mountain etc., but actually there was also an option overlooking the pool, which you kinda cant choose, its more like - what they will give you on-site. Also there is 1 house which stands in a total shadow - so if I would have got a room there, I probably wont be that happy as I was now. So choosing the house too would be a nice added value.

Very Attentive Staff Heated pool was a real luxury in early May The a la carte lunch restaurant was fanstastic and we enjoyed use of the exclusive room at the beach hut. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable with a lovely en suite. Guests were all quiet and respectful making it a very relaxing stay.

The garden wasn't as private as anticipated. After three nights, the evening buffet felt a bit repetitive despite the vast options available. Most dissappointing was the pool side bar only being open one day of our stay. It was closed when it was overcast which was a shame but luckily the restaurant bar was nearby and remained open.

Staff were excellent particularly at lunch and the pool bar and serving drinks during nightly entertainment. The lunch exceeded expectations, everything on the menu was fantastic. Having so many sunbeds was a huge relief!

Bed was a bit soft for myself and my partner but I suppose that's personal preference. The rowing machine in the gym was missing the computer which makes it hard to use but the gym was excellent so I didn't mind too much!

I loved the facilities, the pool and pool bar were excellent. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The food was great, but I found that not all the staff were taught about gluten allergies. I only discovered the right person to speak to about allergies on our last night!

Two nice pools (visited once), a very varied choice of food for breakfast and dinner. The room has a bath + shower and a huge bed for sleep like a starfish:)

In fact, there is nothing to complain about, since we did not use most of the activities. Notice that there is no pharmacy nearby. The hotel does not provide the shuttle service.
