Excellent staff; the food in the restaurant was outstanding, as were the waiters! The children’s animator was top-notch. Our whole family came down with an illness, and the young man from reception walked us to the pharmacy and explained our situation to the pharmacist. We enjoyed everything — thank you once again.

Great location; walking distance to the beach and the high street. The hotel offers entertainment during the day at the pool and during the evenings. The food also amazing. I was surprised to see a great variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lovely staff.

We stayed here for a race and it was right next to the start line. Staff were great on arrival, beds were great. Hotel bar staff were super helpful and pointed us in the direction of a great tapas bar called Can Xena!

This is nothing to do with the hotel. Be careful with parking, their is no hotel parking and my car was removed by the police despite being parked correctly in a parking space. Poor service from the police, a massive fine and terrible service from the council when trying to complain. Check, double and triple check for signs.

We very like the staff. Sergi was very nice and helpful and we had a great chat with him. Nahia also very nice girl. My son loved swimming pool and games inside. We could spend a lovely time by the swimming pool. The food was nice. Breakfast vell prepared and we love mango paradise smoothie from the bar:) Cleaning staff did great job too.

The property was clean, with great curtains and a lot of kitchen equipment. Friendly staff members. I like the hotel’s location: close to the seaside, train station, city centre, shops and cafes. Good swimming pools for children and adults.

The twin bed was so high. Noise from the street and from other apartments. In the apartment was an insufficient number of sockets for charging phones. The hotel little old and the shower was a little broken.

The room has a soft smell of a dump. I booked the room for two people and when my friend arrived she could not to check in on her ID from Argentina even she lives in Spain and has resident social number. The main boss was not helpful and didn't let her stay.

the staff was the best and top on the list! the rooms were comfy. balcony just enough. the shower and HOT water was so good. the pool and buffet were more than enough. I only gave less star because my friends said their room smelled like mold.and my sisters room had a drip from the ceiling in the bathroom. fixed but still….. not good.
