This is the most amazing place you can stay in Mallorca. The staff is amazing, on top of everything, very polite, always with a YES attitude. It's located in a privilidge place, next to one of the most iconic beaches in the island (Es Trenc). It has private parking, so no worries of where to leave your rented car. Ammenities are unreal - great pool areas with jacuzzis all over the place, amazing sunsets views. When it comes to the food it was top quality. For breakfast you had a huge variety of local food, plus an ample hot menu you can order. When it comes to dinner, they have also a good variety dishes to choose from with amazing quality all of them. Our room was big and very clean, with top notch design and great taste. Actually the entire interior building looks like a museum. The cherry on top of the icing was the spa with their natural waters and their wide range of massages and relaxing rooms. Relaxation is guaranteed.

Nothing - amazing stay

Our second time at this hotel and it was even better than the first We love the zen atmosphere ( mainly German- few Brit’s which is nice for you to feel in your own world !) - we love to go out of season and enjoy how quiet it is. There are lovely places to sunbathe in the grounds by heated jacuzzis. It’s perfection. The staff are attentive but not pushy. The thermal experience is excellent. The comfort of the rooms is perfect. The food is really the star of this place. It’s exceptional and the wines are good value too. It’s certainly cut off and you will need a taxi transfer if happy to remain on site or hire a car - but why leave!? We rarely return anywhere…. But this really is paradise. Having to leave was pretty tough

We wanted a peaceful couple of days after a big family holiday and this was perfect. Gorgeous, serene hotel and loved the spa circuit. I think any more than 3 nights you may get bored as there’s not much around, but for a peaceful adult only break it was lovely. Food was also delicious.

Aircon in rooms could have been cooler. Inside jacuzzi felt dated and could have been cleaner.

This is a lovely hotel with amazing facilities, staff and design. The breakfast buffet was amazing and exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean, airy and spacious. The thermal pool, baths and spa treatments were top quality. We had to cut our trip short due to a family medical emergency and the hotel management was extremely understanding of this and refunded us the last two days that we couldn't stay. They had no obligation to do that but were very kind and helpful. This alone I think shows how good of a hotel this is. The atmosphere is a peaceful that except for the time spent on the beaches we ended up spending our entire vacation at the hotel. I would definitely recommend Fontsanta to anyone visiting Mallorca and will be back!

This hotel was amazing! I love all the art and the contrast with the architecture of the entire house. The staff was so nice, they help us with the best tips to visit around the island. Food was WOW, incredible. We have most of our meals inside the hotel Spa, room, pool, really comfy.

Getting to The Refugi, private hotel area to get to Es Trenc Beach, it's complicated, instructions are not clear. However, the hotel charged €‎40 each. It's just a road to get to Es Trenc so I recommend to get to the beach as everybody do and save those €‎40/p

Love the jacuzzi and spa, restaurant food is a must try - tasty and creative! Staff are super welcoming and attentive.

If I have to say something negative, staff at restaurant is a bit not organized & the room is not very sound proof. But overall really recommend!

The staff was really helpful. The hotel and its gardens's and pools are really beautiful and peaceful. The restaurant is really good and the location is beautifull. We loved everything about our stay and we were sad that we had to leave. The location is also really nice. Nice beaches, cities and restaurants in the area. If you are still doubting to go here, don't!

Nothing!

Pretty much everything. Food excellent, service fantastic, grounds peaceful and a pleasure to walk around. The two outdoor pools and the thermal spa.

Travel to the beach. The resort had their own “beach club”. However it was difficult to find, quite a way from the beach and there was no clear path to the beach hence getting lost in the bush could be a problem.

We were upgraded upon arrival to a suite and felt treated very well! Always friendly and forthcoming to our requests.

the only hick-up was the service at the first night at the restaurant where we waited about an hour for our main dish. They apologized very much and also did not charge us for the main dishes.
