Hotel Livvo. Great location beside the beach & bars & restaurants. Apartment was serviced everyday by housekeeping changing towels where needed. Great breakfast buffet choice & friendly staff. I travelled with my mam is who is 84 & her friend. Everything accessible & location key.

Pool area was small & not enough sun chairs for guests hence people out early from 7am onwards putting towels on seats. They have a 2nd pool but seems to be sectioned off for solarium.

The hotel catered to all my requests promptly. The location is just great. The breakfast is excellent. The pool is very good. The staff cannot do enough for you.

I would like to see hand sanitizer available for guests to use upon entering a place where utensils are shared for breakfast. It was sometimes difficult to get a sun lounger.

The hotel was lovely very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Very central to beach, restaurants, shops etc. Apartment was lovely very comfortable air conditioning was perfect. Beds were very comfortable. No noise at nighttime. So overall a very relaxing experience.

We were very disappointed with the balcony. We booked an apartment with a balcony which we expected we could walk out onto. However what we got was a pair of French doors which we could open into the dining area and sit inside. Not what we expected or booked. It is one of the nice parts of a holiday to be able to sit out doors and enjoy a relaxing drink while savouring the lovely weather particularly when we don’t get many opportunities to do so at home with our damp cool weather. Having said all that we didn’t complain to reception about it. Perhaps we should have, but as we arrived at nighttime and were under pressure to get something to eat. It just seemed like too much bother at the time to pack up our belongings and move to another apartment if we were offered an alternative.

We went for breakfast the first morning. There was three of us but we could not get a table to seat three. Selection of food was ok. Not much space between tables.

Our apartment was 154 and comfortable. The only thing was outside on the balcony we had a steel fire escape blocking part of the view and we had no privacy when there were workers going up and down.We had requested that our apartment and our friends apartment be close together but we were allocated apartments some distance apart.

Excellent Location. Fantastic Staff…We stayed in family room ( 2 Adults + 2 Kids) and it was huge and well equipped. This accommodation is spotlessly clean, the rooms are cleaning daily with fresh towels etc.

Breakfast options are poor…hot food was always lukewarm at best during our stay but this would not put me off staying here again as we loved and really enjoyed our stay

As ever, the Corralejo Beach was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We've been coming here for many years and have not found anything that suits us better - friendly helpful staff, any problems dealt with quickly and efficiently, well looked after throughout and to cap it off, it's in an excellent location near the harbour, surrounded by lots of good restaurants and shops.

Location was perfect.the views were amazing.we had superior apt up top facing the beach we did not want to leave. All staff friendly and always a smile

As always the sunbeds are taken up with towels we didnt use the pools so close to beach.and just the stairs in the apartment are bit steep and narrow to access the roof terrace

Fabulous, well-equipped apartments complex, spotlessly clean and well maintained, wonderfully located in centre of town and next to beach, but not overly noisy. Stayed in mid-February, temperatures just perfect for us as we are not 'heat-monkeys' but still wanted some sun. Be back? Definitely.

WiFi is 'iffy' in apartments furthest from reception, and is accessible without pass code, so maybe is abused from non-residents?

Excellent location near the harbour, shops and restaurants. Beautiful area. Hotel was comfortable and scrupulously clean, with well-maintained grounds. Staff were very helpful and efficient; a couple of problems we had were dealt with and solved right away. A very relaxing stay.

While the food in the restaurant (we only had breakfast) was varied and fresh, it was not of the quality I would expect of a four-star hotel. I would book room only next time.

Clean room and public areas, friendly staff. Great location very close to beach, cafes, restaurants and supermarket and just a short walk to the harbour. Nice, sheltered pool. Complementary bottle of Navarra wine and water on arrival. Nice bedlinen, changed frequently. Some English TV channels. We stayed in a Premium Double room, which had a "fold-away" kitchenette - useful for having the occasional simple snack/breakfast and with a good size fridge, though there were no pans and the washbasin in the bathroom had to be used as a sink. Nice little balcony with a side-view of the beach. Great pizzas at the "no-frills" pizza restaurant next to Reception. Good Italian cafe nearby on the main strip (Amore)

The WiFi was a bit intermittent. The breakfast room/restaurant looked a bit soulless
