The staff is friendly, and the place is so clean. It is close to the centre by public transportation (30 miutes/ Metro L 2). Easy to reach from the airport (Bus A2+ Metro). Coco beach is nice, and it is 3 metro stations far from the hotel. There are supermarkets, bars, and restaurants around the area. The hotel has its own bar and space for breakfast and drinks. It is practical, but it would be more satisfying to provide more options. Overall stay was joyful. Thank you!

My room was at the street, and the traffic noise was disturbing! If I visited again, I would book a different room.

The room was very spacious. The reception guys are the perfect example how the reception should work and communicate. I travel a lot and they are top in the sense of communication. Very short, polite, clear, logical, sharp, precise, on the point, not wasting your minutes communication. A lot of hotels should learn from them. The receptionist paid the attention to my request and gave the corner room in front of the road. Yes, it was a bit noisy but for me it was acceptable and brilliant, moreover, I could observe the beautiful sunrise through the window from my bed in the morning. The elevator was very useful with the heavy luggage. WiFi was excellent even to watch a sport broadcasting on the laptop. The hotel provides even the shower gel and the shampoo. The room was clean. The host did not push to check-out even I was late a little bit. There is a very big supermarket only ten minutes away by foot (not working on Sundays) and plenty of the restaurants in the area to eat. The host cares about the feedback since there were a survey where you can provide your opinion and suggestions.

The shower cabin needs a fix while it is still working. It looks a bit outdated but everything is functional and working good, however, the price is not high, so, it is normal for such a price. At the end it is a good ratio of the price and the room quality.

None of the points below are deal breakers, just things to keep in mind. All in all we were very satisfied and would highly recommend Hotel Ciutat! Not much space to put our stuff. Could barely fit the suitcase on the floor. Even a few hooks to hang items would have helped. Beds are not the most comfortable, but ok. A bit far from the center Constant noise from the highway a microwave and water kettle would have been nice, even just in a common space.

The hotel is very close to the city center, the bus is 3minute by walking from the hotel and the metro L2 that takes to Sagrada familia and to the city center is 9 minutes by walking from the hotel. There is a very close beach to the hotel where you can go by walking. There are some markets close to it. The staff are really nice. I had a flight at night, the receptionist let me leave my luggages in the reception with him even if I had to leave the room at 12, so I had time to enjoy a bit barcelona without carrying my heavy luggages. The room is clean and the bed is confortable.

Very friendly. Cheaper than most, and also a good value for the money. I would recommend this place. It's a good hotel to stay for a short period and on a lower budget. The breakfast was nice. We had a choice out of a couple of different things. Not a buffet but tasty nonetheless. I had a croissant and a fruit juice. The check-in is open till midnight. We arrived around 10 pm and were able to process everything quickly. The staff was really nice and helpful.

The rooms were not so soundproof. We were able to hear the upstairs neighbor coming home in the evening. So it was noisy at night for half an hour. But aside from that no sounds that bothered us too much. We were able to sleep well.

- only half roll of toilet paper in the room - TV could be little bit bigger, it was like watching TV on Tablet from 3m ( good tool to test your eyes) :) - missing bin in the room, only small one (~2 liter) in the bathroom - one night you can hear how love is made everywhere ^^ bring a wife or girlfriend (or other women) to make a competition :D

Wonderful staff! Very accomadating and helpful with any of our needs. Great place for the money. Alan was very nice and gave us great directions and referrals for area restaurants.

Only negative was the bed size, full size mattress is a bit tight for 2 people. On the website it says there's a laundry room...there used to be one but there's a great laundry mat about 2 blocks away.

The hotel is excellent! Near the hotel there is a metro station (5-6 min walk), there are plenty of markets, cafes, bakeries, pizzerias nearby as well. The bed linen was changed every day, the reception was open 24 hours a day, and the room had a terrace. For this amount of money, we got more than we expected!

he walls are quite thin, so you can hear everything, but considering the price, that's a negligible drawback.

A comfortable bed (good mattress). Clean, plenty of towels. A small balcony was a nice addition. Responsive and friendly staff.

1. The key card often got deactivated, and I had to visit the reception multiple times to fix it. 2. There was no proper trash bin for items like bottles or wrappers—only a small one near the toilet was provided.

It’s a 2-star hotel - and it delivers its best for its price. 30 min from Sants Station, 10 min walk from the L2 metro line, great personnel, clean, all facilities function well. 3 stations or a 30 min walk from a great beach (Coco), very nice neighborhood with restaurants x1,5-2 cheaper than BCN center.

Its windows literally face the cross-roads and the breakfast is just coffe+bottled juice and croissant, yes we read that in the reviews and were ready, even took earplugs with us. However the neighbors were calm, the road is not noisy at all so we actually slept better than expected and never used them.
