This is a great hotel, amazing value for money. All the staff were wonderful, the receptionists were kind and helpful, and the housekeepers, bar staff and lifeguard were equally as lovely. The pool was great and there were plenty of sunbeds and areas to take shade. The room was great, cleaned every day, and the sofa bed was very comfortable Location was great, felt secluded and was only a short 10 min walk down a single road to the start of the bars and restaurants etc

Some tea and coffee making facilities in the room would’ve been lovely though it wasn’t much of an issue due to the pool bar being open for most of the day.

On stepping through the doors into the lavish reception area I just knew it was going to be a lovely stay. The staff were lovely and friendly and allowed me to leave my bags and go explore until my room was ready as I’d arrived at midday. I was happy to explore the hotels facilities and headed straight for the pool area. It was a great sized pool, never overcrowded and always full of laughter and happiness. I sat on the chill area just off from the pool, where I was able to sit under the palm trees and soak in some sun, under the shade and read my book. There was a pool bar, which was great for cocktails, spirits, wines, beers or soft drinks. They also had food available in the restaurant for lunch time. At times it would be slow to get a drink due to only one member of staff there at any one time, however I just timed it right and waited so it wasn’t overwhelming the staff. I went half board and breakfast was everything you’d want or need to set you up for the day. It was buffet style help yourself and there were lots of variety each day and lots of fresh and delicious food and drinks available. Evening meal for half board was a set menu of starters, mains and deserts with 4 options of each, however this changed each night so it was never the same. The only thing I’d say is it was a small portion but if you go for all 3 courses then you’ve got room. It didn’t bother me and I enjoyed trying new things. The staff were lovely and really friendly. The room was huge, for just me. It had air con, which worked and kept me cool, which was needed in the 33 degrees heat. The bathroom was huge and had an amazing shower and a hairdryer with spa hand wash and shampoo. Good cupboard size and a safe if required. Tv, which had English channels, not that I was in the room much just to cool down after a day in the sun and getting ready before going for dinner in the evening. The room had a mini bar with soft drinks and snacks inside. The pricing was on the sheet.

For evening dinner the portions were a little small but with 3 courses I didn’t go hungry.

All staff members (especially the ones from the front desk and the caffeteria during breakfast) are incredibly kind and helpful. They always have a smile on their face and provide useful and helpful information and advices. It was so easy to communicate with them. The breakfast is amazing - both in quality and quantity. There are so many options to eat and to drink and it is a great way to pack yourself with energy before starting to explore the city. There are also a gym and a sauna, and a beautiful surrounding - a great place to have a drink in the evening.

Everything was excellent.

The hotel was beautiful, really nice pool area, great location near the centre and a superb buffet breakfast. A great value for money hotel. Staff were very friendly and kind too, and really good with our little 15 month old daughter, we felt very welcome in the hotel.

The dinner that was included in the hotel price in the restaurant opposite the hotel wasn't very good, portions were tiny and the manageress was a surly and unfriendly with us and the other guests on the night we stayed. There was a very long wait for food. If we stayed again we would not return to the restaurant. The sauna wasn't working, but these things happen.

- The rooms were large and tastefully done - The property itself was pretty with an outdoor restaurant and swimming pool although we could not use it - The outdoor restaurant which was open the day after Christmas served very good food and the staff was very friendly.

- On 25th Dec the day we checked in there was no room service and that was frustrating as not may restaurants around were open at the time. We asked the hotel restaurant for a veg sandwich and they put tuna in the sandwich. Tuna is not a vegetable. A 4 start property should know this - The sauna was not functional during our stay. This should be clearly written on their description if that was the case. - The location is outside and you need a car to travel but this was not an issue. - Booking.com location takes you a different place 15 mins away. Refer to the google maps location instead.

Very clean, staff very polite and helpful. Pool bar was really nice & the pool was good. Breakfast had a good selection but not loads, which is good in a way because you don’t waste food

No tea or coffee facilities but they did give us a kettle when we asked for one which was really kind. A lot of the pool chairs are broken/could do with updating. The restaurant was quite poor which was a shame because we were excited looking at the other reviews. My chicken was raw one evening & it put us off from eating there. A lot of the waiters did not speak English so it was hard to communicate if you had poor Spanish like we did! Also there are a lot of young families, we were one of the few couples without young children so keep that in mind if you are looking for a romantic stay.

It was well appointed, very clean and the staff at reception were extremely helpful. The cleaning and cafeteria staff were also very pleasant and considerate along with the serving staff at the restaurant.

There were too many events for outside organisations, weddings and other celebrations on a daily basis, including a demonstration of Stihl tools and equipment which was rather noisy. The choice of foods for lunch and dinner at the restaurant was not extensive and we ended up choosing the same dishes once or twice.

The room 201.Was comfortable and quiet. The staff were amazing. Reception welcomed us and allowed us to check in early. Breakfast was exceptional.We went full board and the food was good quality but repetitive. Sometimes we would have liked a sandwich instead of a 3 crse menu del dia. Not complaining though. Very good value for money. The pool was good, old and needing some Tlc but still good. A great number of sunbeds were damaged but you could always get one.

The pool bar was difficult to get a drink. At night getting a drink unless dining was also difficult. Smokers around the swimming pool area ,very inconsiderate. A great number of fire doors are wedged open and detectors in the building didn't seem to have any power to them .

The hotel was beautiful, clean and cool. Set in gorgeous grounds with beautiful palm trees. Lovely pool with plenty of sunbeds. The on site restaurant had an amazing menu, all food was presented beautifully and every dish I tried was delicious. A short walk to restaurants and shops. My room was pristine, had everything one could need. There were no drink making facilities in the room but reception were kind enough to give me a kettle. All staff were kind and considerate, their English was slightly limited but what can you expect!? They were all helpful and approachable. Would happily stay here again.

The only downfall was that the television only had two English channels. I did ask reception if there was a way to connect it to the WiFi so I could stream my phone to it but they said no.

A wonderful hotel with a well-maintained, beautiful green area filled with palm trees and flowers. There is private parking available, though it costs €6 per day. The room was clean and spacious, with all necessary toiletries provided. The staff were polite and attentive. There’s a lovely inner courtyard with a fountain and blooming plants. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent — dinner from the menu was especially outstanding. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel.
