The staff here are exceptional—friendly, attentive, and truly welcoming. Nestled among lush trees and surrounded by nature, the hotel boasts a breathtaking view that makes every moment feel serene. The on-site restaurant is outstanding, and I highly recommend staying for dinner—the cuisine is delicious and beautifully presented. Plus, the beach is just a short and easy trip away! The hotel itself has been recently renovated with a stunning, modern design that blends comfort and elegance. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home.

Buffet breakfast was excellent, perfect location. Staff very friendly, hotel not quite finished renovation but didn’t effect our stay. Rooms are great.

I would have liked to have some form of refreshments in room - no coffee making facilities or glasses which would have been nice but not essential.

Its fully renovated hotel, with new interior. The rooms, lobby, restaurant, bar etc were really Nice. We loved the food, if you are booking this hotel you must go for the halfboard. The food was really good, fresh, every night different dishes, so it doesnt get boring even after a week Long holiday. There are 2 pools, not just the rounded one on photos.

The hotel reopened just 21.6. And its not fully finished- so prepare for some noise. The parking could be bigger for such a big hotel, but we always found a place to park. Its located little bit further from the city, but this city is very dead in the evening. You have to Pay for drink during diners, these ate not included.

Location, food and service were great. Especially Hadi from the reception was exceptionally helpful and positive all the time, she helped us a lot with sightseeing recommendations as well as with all of our questions related to facilities. Very family friendly hotel.

The hotel needs restoration and facilities need an update/upgrade. For example, there was only one good tennis ball, basketball was deformed and football was not playable at all.

It’s right beside the beach, friendly staff, plenty of parking spots outside the hotel, nice rooms, good pool.

The buffet at breakfast and lunch look really good, but as there are too many people from the uk, they cook the food for British people, which is a shame because food is not their best if you know what I mean. So, definitely not worth paying extra for dinner.

After renovation, close to the beach. Two swimming pools and quiet atmosphere there. Friendly staff, especially Joanna, Larisa and Marta. Tasty food!

Renovations still continues and that makes some noise and workers occupying elevators. No facilities in bathroom (shower gel holder was absent, they just gave us shower gel tube).

If shortly the feedback will always depend on what you're going for and what you compare to. We were going for the beach rest, sightseeing, eating and drinking and we got it all :) The location is great, the beach is right next to hotel, although it is said 200 m. The beach is not that big, but veeeery beautiful. The beds and umbrellas are not free :) The personnel and animation team were great, the evening shows were always different and each can find something for them. We've got the room with the sea view, air conditioner worked well. Wi fi was very good for android, but not always working for ios. So just don't come with iPhones :) We had 'all inclusive' and that was the best decision. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack bar, drinks, everything was included. Of course, if you'd like to have Jack Daniels, be ready to pay (but not the full price though). We liked the food, there was always a big choice and everything tasted good. Yes, till the end of our stay we felt like 'ok, it could be better', but I think it's just because we got tired of continuous eating :) I'm leaving a few comments below, but again there was much much more good things in the hotel, then negative details and we really enjoyed every single minute. Also, please remember how much you're paying and do not expect what in reality costs much more.

As everyone said, the hotel is outdated and not very clean, this is true. We also had problems with our key, because it stopped working continuously. Please note, if you stop putting it next to your mobile, there are not any issues :) It was a bit weird to have one pool towel for all 10 days, just be ready to bring yours or to pay 3 euros for a change. As a conclusion, nothing of this made our stay negative and we already miss everything and everybody!

- Location is great, 5mins walk from beach however a bit far from the nearest supermarket - Friendly and approachable staff - Clean and decent facilities although seems quite old, door looks need changing - Breakfast is €15 per day but they gave us a deal for €10 per day if we have breakfast for whole stay - Dinner buffet is € 25 but not worth it in my opinion - Clean swimming pools with lifeguard always

- the door locks need upgrading or changing - lifts are so slow - official parking area is very small for such a big hotel but you can leave your car to side of the road - noisy bedframe

Honestly everything. The prices are extremely decent, the location of it is brilliant for a beach holiday where you can easily transition from your room, to the pool, to the beach, to the beach restaurants or to the spar supermarket. The beach right in front is sandy with a great beach bar and a nice place to hang out all day. The facilities were cool, tennis court to rent, ping pong table, billiards. The activity coordinators provided lots of fun activities for people interested. The service was excellent, rooms cleaned perfectly every morning, reception super welcoming and helpful for booking taxis or practical questions. We surprised a friend for a group trip and they were accommodating in helping us hide the other rooms booked when our friend checked in. AC in our rooms worked properly which is sometimes not the case in hotels. Hotel lobby had a nice bar where we could watch the games.

My only slightly negative comment which is more feedback than anything else and doesn’t reflect the fact that the hotel was great and we had an amazing stay, is the music by the pool. There’s a speaker playing music by the pool which is not a bad idea but the song choices were very odd and a little bit too upbeat for people relaxing by the pool. Very noisy and somewhat clashing with the nice vibes around the pool.

Brilliant location with lovely sandy beach just outside the hotel! Food... Delicious, I really don't get how can anyone complain (seen some comments, like.. wtf??) brilliant hotel, without loud and noisy families! Perfect for couples or anyone willing to explore the island, up to 20 Kms to dragon caves, cala Anguilla, cala mondrago and more... 11/10 all active folks will deffo appreciate the hotel! First time not seeing large families with spoiled children and parents not giving a single f. Great staff, amazing location !
