Its huge terrace and garden where you can eat and rest. The view. Sea nearby. The atmosphere. The city. Last but definitely not least - the staff!

The big balcony where we had the thing for towels partially at neighbor’s balcony so the usage was not comfortable even though the balcony is huge and not enough space for shower towels in the bathroom. A bit expensive. Could be more vegan options, at least put a cheese next to the salad/some meals so anyone who wants can take it and anyone who does not want it have a cheese free meal.

Amazing hotel for a relaxing holiday. The setting is spectacular with a sea view all around. 10 min walk to the beach (Cala Marçal) and direct access to the sea from the cliff. Two lovely swimming pools. Lots of sun beds available all day. The staff and the food are amazing. Get a sea view bedroom if you can with a terrace. Amazing to hear the sea and look at the stars at night! Looking forward to come back!!

The bedrooms are a bit outdated but we didn’t mind at all as they are comfortable and clean! Alcoholic drinks from all inclusive could be better but again, not a problem for me. I missed having freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast but apart from that everything was perfect!

The room was comfortable and clean if very basic. 2 beds pushed together instead of a double. The all inclusive food and wine was very good, entertainment is only every 2 nights and was very basic. As a solo traveler, the place was more for couples and family groups, and when i went seemed relatively empty, which wasn't a problem as i always got a spot by the main pool. The facilities were very good with 2 pools and access to the ocean (no beach) and the staff were always very friendly.

Being a solo traveller, there wasn't many people to talk to as it was mainly couples or family groups. The entertainment was very basic and only every second night. While they advertised a few excursions, there could have been more options available.

Lovely facilities including 2 swimming pools, gym, jacuzzi, sauna/steam and dining area/bars. Overlooks the beautiful sea, and the staff were very friendly and helpful! Food was delicious (most of the time). Plenty of sunbeds! Rooms and facilities were kept emaculate! All inclusive so as much food/drink as I like! Staff constantly cleaning the floors, tidying up to keep the place looking nice! Lovely big open reception and space! Adults only! Nice and calm! No issues finding a sunbed! There were plenty of them!

Some nights, they could have had better food options, more plainer pasta with a choice of toppings They need better control on the jacuzzi, people taking a long time in there whilst people were waiting. The shower curtain kept falling off and the floor kept soaking even with towels down so need a door and glass instead, also my room didn't have a bath. Quite a way from the city and airport (3 busses or over 100 in a taxi), but that's not the hotels fault. It's still worth the travel. It's not great if you wanna site, see They should keep the tea/coffee machine in the dining room on all the time! Not just breakfast - queue for bar is long, people should be able to get their own all the time rather than have to queue. Get more staff on the bar!

Sorry that I have to say but food.. Is really horrible. Without taste... But totally. Is really weak point! Breakfast is good but the rest no! Generally.. You won't enjoy the food at all.. We are not demanding, but they could do something with it. Receptionist..older lady... Not very friendly... Every question you ask her is bothering...

We are sad to say that today is our last day. Arrived early hours of Friday 1 July to a pleasant welcome from the receptionist, who not only checked us in but also asked if we wanted any food or drinks. The room is absolutely perfect for our needs. The beds are comfortable, the room is clean, we have a large balcony with two patio chairs and we have the added bonus of a fridge. We are all inclusive which for the relaxing holiday we wanted suit’s us. Every mealtime we have had an excellent choice of food and extremely tasty. Do they repeat food during the week, yes but to be fair so do I at home! During our stay there has been 2 nights of entertainment which one of the nights was a saxophonist and a guitarist who were excellent and the other night was a guitarist and singer. Out and about. If you turn left out of the hotel you will find a few bars, restaurants, beach shops and a small Spar (this is also the way to the beach). If you turn right you will find a wonderful marina with bars and restaurants. Also this is the way to a larger supermarket, shops, bank and the market which was setting up on Tuesday. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday then this is definitely the place to come. If you want more night life, more tourist attractions and a lively atmosphere then this is not the hotel for you. Thank you JS Colom and staff you have lived up to and beyond my daughters and my expectations. Would we come back? Absolutely. My daughter did suggest that perhaps a little bit of music during the evening would be nice ( not necessarily live entertainment). If you are wanting entertainment during your holiday then this might not be the place to come. Perhaps the hotel provides more entertainment towards the end of July and August.

This doesn’t apply to us but if you need to be constantly on the go and want daily entertainment then look for a different hotel and resort.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was amazing. Lots of different dishes and catered for different dietary requirements. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and the sea views were incredible.

We wanted to play tennis so were disappointed that the courts weren’t of the expected standard, with the net on one court far too high and not being able to be adjusted. The pictures on the website are misleading. Both courts had grooves and dents on the surface. Having said that, we managed to play games on the better court and the staff moved chairs onto the court for us. The view from one court, with the sea behind it, was beautiful.

Unfortunately I forgot my AirPods in my room. I called the hotel and front desk promised to look for it. I provided all necessary information and I got a reply within short time that AirPods were found and the hotel will send it back to me. So far so good. Since then no response or information after I send several emails and called the front desk (“we check and come back to you”). An unfortunate end to a really nice stay at this hotel.

Rooms were very clean, staff was very nice and friendly. Location was great with beautiful view and access to the water via a ladder.

Tennis courts in bad condition. No parking. Food was okay although not clearly explained what was vegetarian. E.g. it said pasta salad and looked veggie but contained crab.

Wonderful place, amazing sea view, calm place, supportive staff. It was our honey moon! It was very nice that the hotel presented the bottle of champagne as a gift! Extra benefit - tennis court!
