Lovely size - not too big or too busy which is ideal for a family with real little ones (3y/o and 7mo). Pool ideal size for our family and the spa really was tranquil and a haven for those 5 minutes of peace when you can steal them. Food was fantastic - lots of choice. Hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Staff mega friendly and accommodating, very professional and maybe the best assets that the hotel has. 10 minute walk to the beach which is a lovely beach. Sleepy little port with modest square out front which again ideal for little ones s they can run around without any worries of somewhere busier.

No kettle in the room but we did take a travel kettle knowing this from other reviews, but if this was included this would be a simple fix and I’d struggle to think of what I didn’t like. Rooms lack a view but to be honest that wouldn’t stop me coming back. You can’t change its location but if you’re putting kids to sleep at reasonable hour and you’re relying on a peaceful outlook after the bedtime madness to retreat to, bare this in mind, but I must stress that this should not put you off staying here.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful, particularly as there were eight of us travelling with bikes. The rooms were functional and spacious, but felt quite spartan. The overall appearance of the hotel (block concrete) made it feel a functional, rather than luxiourious. The breakfast was very good, although the variety not as great as elsewhere. Overall a good hotel and good value for money.

The restaurant has improved since we last stayed there 2 years ago, though we still wish they'd invest in a better coffee machine and serve FRESH juices (not from a machine)!

There was a bit of rain which promptly caused the pool restaurant to close early that day meaning no food was available until dinner in the restaurant!

-extrem noisy location, Latino music until midnight. -very classic breakfast like 20 years ago. very ugly artificial juices, cold scrambled eggs, gummy bacon, dry cheese… I know it’s difficult because average overweight tourist expect all you can eat buffet. but just make one good dish instead of 15 very low quality options.

The room was nice, with a big bed and a separated area for the sofa and tv. Also, a balcony with table and chairs and the room was ready with a crib for our daughter. The pool area was amazing, so worth it if you travel with kids.

In my opinion, the restaurant closes too early considering that most people staying there on holiday.

Rooms very clean and comfortable. For half board the food was of good quality and was tasty, chefs all very nice. Kids entertainer was very friendly and amazing with our daughter.

The staff is really friendly, hotel is clean, nice and good for children. The playground and pools are amazing.

The toilet is quite small, that's not a problem at all, but right next to the toilet, in the height you're supposed to sit, there is toilet paper holder which makes it very uncomfortable. Bigger people will have to sit rotated.

Kids pool. It was too wild for small kids. The big bucket at the top was little bit dangerous for small kids.

Beautiful hotel, nice cosy clean room, tasty food with the beautiful dinning area, and nice pool area with the kids facilities. . Beautiful beach 7 min walk from the hotel. Really enjoyed our stay in this place.

The only minus what we found is the poor WIFI connection.

JS Hotels totally refurbed this hotel during the pandemic (what a great use of the time) and it's a spotless, gleaming 4* affair with brilliant suite-style all-balcony accommodation including super new bathrooms and high-quality furnishings which is replicated in all the public spaces including spotless bars and pool area. Breakfast and dinner selection very good indeed - plenty of choice and very tasty. Only marked down really due to a couple of oddities like needing a cash deposit for a pool towel and having to sign for every drink (sorry but I use my debit card for everything these days - it's the 21st century!). Not the hotel's fault but my stay was spoiled by the cash issue and an ATM glitch which took a week to resolve. Bus stop for everywhere - charming little Felanitx, Cala D'Or and Portocristo - right outside the hotel too and the area's best beach (if busy) is a mere ten minute stroll away. The resort itself is not scruffy as some suggest - it's quite charming in an undeveloped kind of way with more than a couple quality restaurants and bars a short walk away. A brilliant walk to the lighthouse on the other side of the bay revealed three tiny coves with beaches (one a blue flag) with good swimming and a lovely church square cafe.
