The junior suite was more than an adequate size for 2people, the bed in the main room was extremely comfortable & roomy. Our request for no housekeeping during our stay was observed, we had privacy which was important for us during our stay.

The rooms are a tad dated, little details need attention, for example, the closing mechanism did not work on one window, (living room) the window surround itself was damaged, it made an ear piercing screech every time we went to open or close it.The bath plug did not fit the plughole in one of the baths. We did not report any of these minor details to the staff.

Perfect for our group cycling holiday. Good breakfast. Comfortable rooms.

The checkout system was a nightmare, Hotel was already paid for. The only thing to pay for was the City tax and our breakfasts. Easy you would think!!! Separate bills for each room, made it a nightmare as I was paying for the city tax for everyone and the guys and girls where paying for there own breakfast. Not finished, we then had to pay for the morning breakfast before leaving and the city tax crazy. 11-15pm to 1-00am finally got to bed. Before we left in the morning I was handed envelope with €78 in it from reception. Other than this it was a great stay. Hopefully the new system they have in place will get better.

I traveled with my husband and friends and we stayed in this hotel for one night. ROOM: our room was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed. The bathroom was comfortable, with lots of space for our things. The toiletries were also nice. BED: the bed and pillows were comfortable. BREAKFAST: the selection was pretty good, with eggs, sausages and cold cuts, pastries and fruit. I missed some fresh vegetables though, there were only baked and steamed veggies, but nothing to complain about. SURROUNDINGS: we came by car so it was important for us to have a parking option in a garage. Not sure how good is the public transportation connection to the city center, but it was easy to reach by car. We loved the bar terrace at the hotel since we could enjoy our drinks there. COMMUNICATION: All the staff were nice and helpful. The wi-fi was also good.

Everything was nice.

Room was clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. Complimentary water, tea and coffee. Receptionist was nice and professional, and spoke good English. Very good breakfast!

Check-in process was kinda long. No access for baby strollers and the disabled to the bar/restaurant. There's also a couple of steps at the entrance to the hotel, there's no ramp so I had to carry the stroller with the baby. It wasn't a huge hindrance but I thought it was important to mention.

The large room was comfortable and cool because of the air-con. There was a fridge (mini-bar) and kettle provided to make coffees in the morning. The twin beds were spacious, and housekeeping were excellent, as every day that we came back from exploring Girona, the room was perfect, as if we had arrived for the very first time.

The bathroom could be updated, to remove the bath and have a walk-in shower instead.

This was a pleasant one-night stay in this chain hotel, and I would come back. The room was clean and soundproofed, the breakfast worth its price with a huge selection and variety of products for all Europeans. The wifi worked well in our room. Minibar with reasonable prices. Good location, public car park nearby, if your car is bigger than hotel's parking height capacity.

Bathroom a bit outdated with toiletteries upon request at the reception The corridor carpet doesn't seem to have a cleaners attention for a long time. These are small things, but 4* hotel could do better.

The staff here are all lovely, super helpful and friendly. They are a credit to the hotel and make it a great place to stay It has a great shower in the bathroom and the beds are comfortable Bar and restaurant are good, breakfast was excellent

Nothing to dislike It is a little way out of town but we walked in every day, no problem

We had a good and reasonably priced dinner, late arrival. We did not have breakfast. The receptionist was very polite, kind and helpful with directions to a good parking space, which was free. We enjoyed the night and we on our way the next day.

I have an electric vehicle. It would have been very helpful to have a charging station on the hotel premises or very nearby.

I liked the location; it’s situated in a quiet area next to El Corte Inglés, close to the train station, and you can even walk there in about 15 minutes. It’s not in the city center were the main attractions , but you can reach it in a very pleasant 35-minute walk. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help.

During my stay, there was nothing that I disliked.

Good breakfast, big rooms with nice and comfortable beds and good bathroom, shopping center just in next building, very polite and helpful staff, possibility to check-out later. Wi-Fi working well and stable.

Air conditioning system is old and working not perfect, but still was able to cool the room when 30 degrees outside. I don't know will it be enough when outside 35 degrees or more, so I think hotel should update this part to more powerful system. No other issues, all other was good.
