Room was reasonable size, the floor being of timber (or substitute) so more hygienic than carpet. Air-conditioning did not appear to operate particularly efficiently, and once or twice the room was uncomfortably warm, but overall it was not a problem. Whilst there was a kettle, there was no electric plug at a sensible height, and to use it it was necessary to disconnect a lamp from plug at floor level. The room was rather on the dark side. These were all minor matters, and we were perfectly content. The bathroom was efficiently set out, and pleasant. Hotel location could not have been bettered.

Nothing really. I thought the bread at breakfast was rather dry and tasteless. whilst the bacon was to be avoided. These remarks may however may simply indicate taste preferences different from those prevailing in Spain.

location was perfect, staff were friendly and helpful. We requested a room change which they did with no fuss! Nice choice of hot or cold breakfast but don't worry if you don't go for that option, there's a cracking bakery literally next door!

we stayed for 1 night at the beginning of the week and then returned later for 2 nights. We had booked the same room type both times but the difference in the rooms we were given was quite startling. First night stay was good but our room allocation for the second part definitely wasn't 4*! our top floor room was tiny, dingy and the bed was very small for a double. We asked to be moved to the room next door which was much bigger, lighter with better furniture! for some reason some rooms have complimentary water and others don't? Only issue was TV didn't work and our kettle didn't work either! At this point we were too tired to complain and we were on our way home the next day!

The room was as described, very spacious, especially for a Spanish city hotel, bed was comfy and the bathroom was large with both a bath and separate shower. Couldn't fault the room at all. The location of the hotel cannot be surpassed. It is just off the square but only steps away. Although the hotel doesn't have its own car park there is a 24 hour public car park (very safe and secure) adjacent to the front door of the hotel.

The air conditioning was turned off and the rooms were very hot. The pool was out of action being winter but the spa and sauna were also turned off and we would have had to book a slot with at least 30 mins notice to use them which wasn’t great as ideally when you come in from a day sight seeing it would be nice to use the sauna .

The location and available parking nearby was great.

I left a personal item behind and asked for their help in mailing it back. They said that they would not be able to comply with this request. I will have to go back home and see how I can resolve this situation. For now, the hotel is keeping item safe. This has happened to me on other trips and in other locations, and staff has always helped me to resolve. This was a disappointment.

The location is nice, breakfast was also very good, reception staff spoke good english. Welcoming drinks in the lobby and some sweets available as well

No restaurant in house, the value for money was not that good - quite expensive compared to other options in Jerez, nearby. For the same price (110€ in February 25) I wouldn´t book again, if the price was below 100€ I would consider it. Around 80€ immediately

The location of this hotel was excellent. Walking distance to all restaurants and shops. This is the perfect small hotel to stay at if you are exploring in this area. The pool area could use some attention. It was a bit run down and didn't match the quality of the rest of the hotel.

The location is excellent - just off the main square. The staff, especially those on reception, were very helpful and got us tickets to the Spanish horses and English Tour of Gonzales Byass. The room was larger than in most cities and was very comfortable.

A small thing but whether or not the mugs and glasses in the room got cleaned was very hit and miss. We could have done with more sockets for charging phones, etc and one for the kettle that didn't involve having the kettle on the floor. But these are small things in what is otherwise an excellent hotel.

Location was really good for us, right near restaurants and near Alcazar. Parking was very close but we had to pay for it. We got a quiet room. They had small pastries in the lobby, nearly the whole time, that one could take. We could leave luggage with the reception, after check-out and pick-up later in the afternoon. That was very appreciated.

The shower leaked under the door, made the floor slippery. An electrical socket came loose from the wall, it was not unsafe but not good either.

Hotel is in the center of Jerez, 100 meter of the main square. The room was comfortable and nice to stay. We liked the small wellness with sauna and hamman. Jerez is a small but interesting city to discover: lots of sherry houses to visit (Tio Pepe, Sandeman, etc.), Royal Andalusian Horse School, the Alcazar, the cathedral and lots of beautiful churches. Nice and rather cheap restaurants and tapa bars. Friendly local people.

Breakfast was a bit poor for 4star hotel. The window of our beautiful room didn’t close properly, with a little noise during as a consequence. The shutters however made it possible to make the room very dark and comfortable to sleep.
