Hotel in great location close to beach. Ample choice of food which was always well presented. All staff were friendly, approachable and we're always eager to please.

The hotel has a formal dress code (long trousers) for dinner which sadly was not enforced. This resulted in a number of clientele turning up for dinner very shabbily dressed which in my view was very disrespectful to the hotel, its staff and those adhering to the formal dress code.

Requested a front room but allocated side view. Not a major issue. Pool was cold but once in and swimming ok.

Great location, right on the beach and walking distance of everything you need, supermarket, restaurants, tapas bars, very clean rooms and the staff are incredibly welcoming. They were also super helpful with recommendations of where to go.

The breakfast area did not feel air conditioned, and as it was a breakfast buffet I noticed quite a few flies around as it was August summer sun. Salad looked a bit sad at times. No gluten free options and having individual yoghurts would be great to offer. The highlight was the option for fresh pancakes, eggs or toasted sandwich being made for you on the grill.

Good location 10 mins from Reus Airport and right on the beach at the quieter end of the resort. Excellent choice and quality of food at breakfast and dinner - buffet and cooked to order. Staff all friendly, efficient and helpful. All rooms have a sea view with balcony and are modern, well furnished (think Premier Inn) and very comfortable bed. Good spacious shower with toiletries and hairdryer provided. Can request a kettle for 10€ deposit - take your own teabags and coffee. Small fridge in room with complimentary soft drinks and water on arrival.

The toilet/ shower has a frosted glass door positioned in front of the toilet it didn't bother us but some people might not be comfortable with it. The addition of sunloungers on the beach - even at a nominal charge would be a bonus. You are quite close to Tarragona docks but, again, this didn't bother us.

Such a lovely clean Hotel amazing staff! Best manager of the hotel I’ve met over traveling many years! Manager victor of this hotel was such a pleasure & really represents his hotel at the best! Good mornings & personally dealing with any issues, having a laugh about the Euros ⚽️ We had breakfast there every morning and was a nice selection of foods we didn’t have lunch/dinner so can’t say on that. Lydia who was also the receptionist & such a a lovely lady with a great personality speaks good English too! We was able to also have a laugh! Helpful on arrival allowing us to store are luggage until check in time! We had the premier room with a lovely big bed on the balcony and super clean room cleaned daily! Shower room decor lovely so modern compared to some Spanish hotels. Amazing stay! We will love to come back! It’s onthe beach front!! What beats this

Would been great to have another option of meat at breakfast like chicken / beef / turkey or even veggie sausages for people who don’t eat pork. But otherwise we stayed 3 nights and was good.

Lovely hotel. Beautiful position on the beach. Everything was very clean, decor elegant, food good and staff generally very professional and helpful. I liked the fact that a lot of the food was traditionally Spanish , allowing us to try new tastes. The staff in the restaurant and the bar were especially good, particularly the chefs who cooked the fresh food, they always smiled. The pool was secluded and private and food , snacks and drinks in the bar were readily available. The evening entertainment provided was also good. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.

The toilet door which did not close , to ensure privacy, was a bit strange .Also facility for a tea, coffee and water in reception for those who needed to check out before the restaurant opened, would be helpful. As is true in most hotels with buffet service the food was quite cold , particularly the baked beans. It might be better to pop them into a soup container to keep them hot. Only small issues though, overall everything excellent.

Location and beach area was great, we were pleasantly surprised how clean the beach was kept and how wheelchair accessible everything was!

Beds and bedding wasn’t particularly comfortable, especially the pillows. Also parking was an issue as anyone using the beach could use hotel parking. Last two days we were there, the elevator wasn’t working. Happy it was only an inconvenience to us but I think it would have been a major issue for many of your guests. Jello does not belong on a buffet in Spain!

The location was quiet and beachfront. The food was good. The bed was comfortable, room was spacious and the shower was good.

The key card wristbands needed to be reset daily. It would have been good to have sunloungers on the beach.

Good location. Modern, clean hotel. Our room was very nice and we had a good sized bathroom. The staff were friendly. Food and drink were good value.

No onsite secure parking. There is plenty of parking 3 minutes walk away, some is free, but not great when you have luggage and convenience to get to your vehicle each day. It would help if the hotel provided a map of where to park or could reserved parking in the spaces either side of the hotel.

-Wifi was ok but not too fast (around 20mbps). -Room 112 had a strange noise, we believe it was a water pump (it was not a big issue, anyway)
