It was very comfortable and clean and has everything I needed for my 2 and a half week stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I had to end my stay one day early. They offered to refund me the night without me even asking for it.

The cafeteria is closed but I was unaware of that until arriving. I was also unaware that the parking was an extra fee and not included in the price of the stay. The parking garage was also extremely difficult to get in and out of especially with a slightly larger vehicle like my own. Luckily there is lots of street parking.

This was a super stopover , very clean and good facilities ,basic with no frills but good value for the price . The staff were all excellent and very helpful . The location is great and only a short walk up through the walls into the old city . Parking on site and the underground garage a bonus but see below . We found location easy to find using Google maps

Parking is limited and very little place free in the street nearby or in front of the hotel (reserve parking. ) This could be a problem in high season . The underground parking and lift is tight a fit for manoeuvring . We were fine with small car but larger or longer ones might have an issue

Lovely apartment and as we were on a motorbike trip around northern spain they had an underground car park which was accessed by a lift where they let us park the bikes for 10euros per night for both bikes as we got 2 in one space! Great location as we were able to walk a short distance to the old town and experience the bars and restaurants in the old town!

The staff was so very helpful with everything I needed. Staff knew some english so it was really nice. The apartment was perfect for a couple of nights stay. Having a kitchen and living room area was great! The bathroom was large. It was located close to the Camino, bus station and the Roman Wall. I would stay here again!

The bar/restaurant near by was pretty loud at night. No electrical plugs right next to the beds for night charging was a concern but, we were able to make do.

The hotel is in a very good location, the beds are comfortable and the rooms big and quiet. I was constrained to a quite early arrival to Lugo and they allowed me to check-in earlier than usual which was very convenient.

Although the room was very clean, it smelled like smoke. I informed about this during chech-out and the person at the reception told me to point such inconveniences before so that they'd switch me to another room

Spacious apartment just like the photos, perfect for us because we were travelling with two bicycles that fit easily in the living room. Elevator to get to the 6F where we had great sunrise views. Comfortable bed, ample towels, daily cleaning service (unexpected bonus!), bidet, hair dryer with international plug socket, desk, convenient to train station and the old city wall, lots of kitchen cabinet space.

The radiators were quite hot and two were missing the control knob and couldn't be turned down (room thermostat has no effect) so we covered those two with a bath towel to reduce heat transfer. Kitchen was spacious, but needed a cutting board. Salt would also have been nice. Hotel location is a llittle tricky to find; turn off the main road to a short dead end street at the corner with a hotel sign Ciudad de Lugo.

A great location with easy street parking (on a Sunday) and only three minutes walk from the gate in the old city wall. Very helpful reception staff and a decent size apartment with plenty of hot water.

It was disappointing that the apartment only has heating in the evening and early morning as it was quite cold in the afternoon. The sofa is not comfortable, without adding bed pillows, and the bed is also very firm.

Great location, minutes from the walls and a large supermarket. Well equipped room. Provided a good cot for the baby.

It would be better if a kettle could be hired but not too much of an issue to boil water in a pan.

Rooms were large and very clean Reception staff pleasant and helpfulcar park is under the hotel.

Kitchen very basic not many cups plates cutlery etc Didn't like the single bed in the living area. Terrace needed upgrading no seats on it. Couldn't find the garden.

Very good location, nice apartment with all the facilities I needed for a short stay.

You access to the parking by a lift, which might be stressing if your car is not small. But the lady from the reception kindly indicated me where to park nearby.
