The Hotel is perfect! The location, the staff, the Breakfast Buffet, 5 stars! We asked for a Queen bed and a bunker bed or 3rd bed cause we were 3. Me and my husband and our best friend. But when its 2 beds together, that crack in the middle starts opening, its kind of not nice cause we have to keep pushing the beds to put them together. Sure wasn't available but we asked in advance.

I suggest the showers need a glass door. No matter how careful we were the amount of water splashing out is too much so we had to use more towels for the floor. Unless the hotel has LARGE capacity of towels, but come on, we are trying to safe waste of towels.

Nice, clean and spacious room and bathroom. Plenty of space to keep your luggage, nice options to sit in the room, nice closet. Comfy beds and good lighting (blackout curtains for better sleep). Quiet at night. Good temperature control with the AC. Nice, helpful and accommodating staff. Quick to respond to inquiries. We were able to check in early and keep our luggage safe there after checking out. Great location. Excellent value for money.

Nothing particularly important, but it might have been nice to have a full body mirror, a slightly bigger mini fridge (instead of the minibar), and maybe a kettle. Still, this did not significantly negatively impact our stay.

The staff were fabulous, very helpful, friendly and multilingual. The room was comfortable and the style was much appreciated The bar fridge could easily be used to chill water and hold snack food purchased elsewhere. Towels are changed daily if you leave them in the shower, or even if they are not! A table and one chair to be able to use The lication very near the Grand Via means you can walk to many tourist spots. Take the time to see a show, the hotel is in the theatre district!

The ability to make a cup of tea in the room would have been lovely, however no kettle or cups available. Only the bed to sit on if you wish to relax. Only one english channel on the tv, though many different channels available

The location is really really nice right in the centre nearby to majority of the attractions. The staff is courteous. Overall the room was big, spacious and well lit. The bathroom was big. The room was clean. The room had air conditioning and was working great. The reception lobby area is big and few days someone played piano which was nice to unwind. As a 4star property, i would expect the sound insulation to be much better. We could hear all noises (conversations, TV etc.) from the next room and from the street. i even had to complain at the reception one morning when neighbour room had TV on at around 3:30-4am. The exhaust in the bathroom doesn't function which should not be the case for a big property like this.

I want to thank hotel mayorazgo for the service after check out. When we arraived at the terminal we understood we forgot one of the handbag at the hotel!! I called the reception and they contact another driver that came and gave us the bag! They did it no charg- only as an exellent service!!!

We paid for city view room but most of the window was in front of the next building. We could see the street if looking from the side but I expected more..

The location is very convenient, and you can walk to many attractions. There are subway lines 8 and 2 nearby, as well as bus stops, making it very convenient to go to the airport or sightseeing. The room is relatively new. In our room, you can only see the wall of the opposite building from the window, but it is very quiet.

The shower head didn't have enough water pressure. Insufficient glass covering in the shower，and the floor got very wet when showering. No electric kettle or coffee machine.

Smokers should stand away from the front door. This has to be strictly implemented. Everytime the sliding door opens, the smoke gets in the hotel.

The hotel is located right in the heart of Madrid, almost minute walk from Gran Via and within walking distance of the city’s most renowned sights. The hotel’s exterior is as beautiful as its interior. The staff pleased us with their friendliness and helpfulness. Spacious, quiet, and comfortable, the rooms offer a peaceful retreat from the city’s lively pace. The use of key cards for room access adds to convenience and security. Overall, the hotel is a good value for money. I hope to stay there next time I visit Madrid.

The inability to open the window in our room was a slight drawback, as fresh air is always appreciated. Another unpleasant moment was when my key card stopped working for no reason, necessitating a trip to reception for a replacement.

Rooms: Impeccably clean and quiet rooms for sure you will be able to rest; Location: Situated in the heart of the city. Stroll to iconic landmarks like the Royal Palace without breaking a sweat within walking distance; Dining: From delightful breakfasts to exquisite dinners, the hotel's culinary scene is great, Don't miss the desserts; Staff: The staff is attentive, friendly, and always smiling, they anticipate your every need.. In summary; a place that surpasses expectations. The attention of the staff, the treatment, and the food make for a super experience. It doesn't ask for anything from a 5-star hotel. I loved it, and it's also super located, right next to Gran Vía.

I'm trying to recall in something I did not like it but I could not find anything, In general the hotel exceed my expectations, the food, breakfast everything was great.

Loved the location. And the friendly and efficient reception staff. Loved the lobby and the piano music. Having a safe was great …. Could lick away documents instead of carrying it around.

The shower …. Too much water splashes out regardless of how careful one tries to be. One shower mat is therefore not enough at all. If two people need to shower then one mat gets soaked. The extractor fan in the bathroom was either not working or inefficient….. the bathroom steamed up. The curtains didn’t close completely in the Centre …. But loved my stay hence didn’t raise the issues when there.
