Unbeatable location, massive room, outstanding service by each member of the Hotel, particularly a massive shoutout to Miguel who is perhaps the best host I have encountered in my years of traveling - from recommendations, reservations & anything one could possibly need - cannot wait to be back here!

The charging outlets in my room were irritating

Location was great, hotel is full of charm and impeccably clean. Rooms are small but fully equipped and beautiful. The breakfast in their downstairs alcove was amazing- highly recommend it.

I liked everything, but at price point I would like waters being refilled nightly (they provided two small co tai era on first night only), robe to go along with the slippers, and a Nespresso or similar coffee maker in the room.

Icon wipton was an amazing hotel, and the staff were very helpful and friendly

Our Room on Jorge Juan street was noisy late at night and early in the morning due to the restaurant's customers, and loud by passers. This is no fault of the hotel. Any other time the room was amazing.

Superb location in a posh district with easy access to metro stations. Close to Retiro Park and surrounded by many restaurants and boutiques.

Hotels street was very crowded at night. If you're staying in a room facing the street, there might be a lot of noise coming from outside.

3rd time I stay here. I lile the value for the money paid and the location is the best! Shower and bathroom are also very good.

I needed a room service one night and they didn’t heve it. Also booked the highest rate room, but I think the superior double is better.

Great location. Beautiful boutique hotel in a lively, elegant, tree lined neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafes. The room was great, bed comfortable, AC good. And the bathroom was nicely appointed.

Only negative is that our room was on a top floor with slanted ceilings. As a taller family, 5’-8” and above, we had to duck in 1/2 of our room. It gave the room character, but was a little difficult to maneuver in.

Lovely room towards the front side of hotel. However a restaurant with bad club music to the left open until 2am 7 days a week. Wouldn’t have minded if it was until 11pm or Friday-Saturday but on a Tuesday after long flight I needed my sleep. Mentioned the notice to the staff after first night and they switched rooms straight up to one facing the back side. Very friendly about it and I was satisfied after.

Location is fantstic, my favorite in Madrid. The breakfast is really good , served by Quintin, one of my favorite restaurants in Madrid. Would highly reccomend if you wish to stay in Salamanca, Madrid.

Excellent location, comfortable beds/bedding and breakfast area shared with Quintin restaurant (great quality and variety).

It’s a bit noisy with other guests due to the age of the building. Noise from the streets however is well isolated.

location is amazing next to phenomenal restaurants and only 20 min from the airport. Rooms were clean and beautiful. Service of the staff was super friendly.

Room i found a bit noisy from the street at night and the duvet wasn't fully covered by the duvet cover, it was loose and all over the place during the night. i think they were just loose sheets. I didn't check as i had to leave as soon as I woke up, but this might need some attention.
