We paid a little extra for the Deluxe room and it was so well worth it. We were on the top floor (6th) and had the corner room with a double balcony. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fresh, well stocked, lots of choices and very tasty. We were there for 2 nights and our room was cleaned up after the first night which were impressed by. We were able to store our bags after checkout because our flight home wasn't til later. Hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Metro (Canal) station and then 4 stops to the city center. Get off at either Opera or Sol. So easy! Would highly recommend the Italian restaurant a few doors down from the hotel, it's called Noi Due. We found it on the second night, wished we had found it sooner! Amazing food! We really enjoyed Madrid, loads to see. Weather in Feb was sunny but cool, The evenings were quite cold, warm jackets were needed.

The room was really good and accessible, I asked for extra pillows, and they were there on arrival. The hotel suggested we moved to their sister hotel literally 599mtrs away, as the disabled parking and access were better at the central hotel. Room service was like none I have had before, absolutely beautiful food, hot on arrival and cooked to perfection and arrived on time. Staff so friendly and helpful.

Silly, as i had to stretch to find any that was a minus with this hotel, but only 1 cup of tea and coffee per couple. It would have been better to have perhaps one so one on arrival and one in the morning. Only had shower gel and hand wash, no mini toothpaste.

Comfortable beds, good air conditioning, not too loud, pretty good breakfast with some fresh fruits. There’s a fridge with various drinks and snacks in the lobby at reasonable prices. Area with wide selection of restaurants. Parque del Oeste with many trees fairly close for jogging. Metro 5’ walk and 7’ ride to Centre.

Small desk if you need to work. Room doors close very loudly so if you want to sleep in, ask for a room at the end of a corridor.

Purpose of trip was the start of university year so location was great. This street has everything! Great restaurants, local community shops and even an amazing outdoor sports and social facility. I have stayed before so it’s so good I have stayed again. This time on 6th floor which comes with a huge lovely outside terrace .Fabulous value for an inner city location. Very helpful staff on reception who went over and above to help me.Thankyou Marta and Maria ! All in all absolutely amazing for this trip !

For me this trip it was perfect.

The location was quiet and convenient for getting the Metro. In our street there were bars and restaurants if you wanted to eat locally. We quite enjoyed our breakfasts there, there was plenty of choice. All the staff were always friendly and helpful.

Our room was small and cramped. We did not find our bed comfortable at all. It was hard and could have done with a comfy mattress topper. The lighting was dark, and the general feeling in there was quite gloomy.

Lovely building. Its location is fabulous. The long road where the hotel is has a market at one end and a great park at the . There are lots of cafes and restaurants all the way along with boutique bread and vegetable shops. It’s a lovely quiet but interesting location with good public transport connections . Staff and room cleanliness all very good

Nothing not to like

The room was great and very well lite. Would have preferred to have a more silent one however it was on the Main Street and was ok. It was spacious and the breakfast was good. Love the location however the parking space needs to be well identified through a location on Whatsup.

everything as the location is amazing, service and breakfast are good too. Hotel is close to many activities and in a residential district.

Spacious room and very clean. The cleaning staff were cleaning everything and really good. Close to everything/ quite area/ plenty of coffee shops nearby with excellent coffee and breakfast.

Ventilation in the bathroom didn’t work. The water dispenser on the lobby didn’t had either water inside or when water was available the cups were missing

Very clean lovely reception staff who were very helpful Good location Great Italian restaurant 20 meters away Lovely quiet location but good connections Fabulous shower !! Room service is outsourced but an excellent service delivered in a lovely box by a very smartly dressed waiter who opened my wine Will use again as ideal for the university campus city €5 via Uber

Nothing not to like

A spacious rooftop balcony made a really nice atmosphere to the room with a nice view over the neighborhood. Everything else was OK but balcony made things a bit special. The location was good with an extraordinary market in the nearby, to get to the city you can walk, take a metro or a not too expensive cab.
