The location is convenient, with easy access to the metro, restaurants, and nearby theaters. Overall, the facilities are in line with standard apartment accommodations.

This was my second stay at this property, as I had a positive experience the first time. I preferred the unit on the higher floor, as it was quieter—especially at night—compared to the lower floor where street noise and activity from nearby restaurants continued past midnight. However, there were a few issues that need attention. The balcony had noticeable pigeon droppings, and although the sofa was comfortable, it was not clean and had visible stains. A deep cleaning is recommended to improve the overall cleanliness and comfort of the space.

Excellent value for money, spacious, clean comfy beds (separable into a twin which was important for us not being a couple), good location (not right in the center but well connected and walking distance to most areas). Decently equipped kitchen (not a full family one, but enough to do some modest cooking and have a comfy dinner). Very comfortable bathroom. Internal location (windows into the stairwell and a blind shaft between the estates) but not too gloomy - has some light during the day. The pre-checkin communicaiton is extensive, which feels good but easy to loose track of the to-do actions. I would have enjoyed a concise list of requests and status updates with a more extensive documentation on the web page. All in all, would happily stay again!

All good, nothing much to complain about. It's not the brightest apartment you've ever been in, but the fact that it's internal is clearly advertised. The lighting in the main room could be a bit cozier (warmer and more abundant). The pre-checkin comms might be a bit shorter and down-to-the-point. Otherwise - all good.

Very well set up for the four of us (2 adults, 2 children). Very comfortable beds - including the sofa bed - and good kitchen facilities. Great location with super markets, restaurants, cafes and shops right there - so you can eat out or self catering - and the Metro is right there too, though we walked pretty much everywhere. All in all an excellent base for exploring Madrid and good value. Definitely recommend. Muchos gracias

Location. Smells clean. Everything seems new and clean. Easy access to the building with the app.

The elevator was not working properly on that moment so we had to take the stairs with the lugage but there is an elevator. There is not much light, but It is not dark either. So very fine for a few days to visit Madrid. The only thing a bit annoying was that payment through Booking app kept being rejected and we had to do the check in and pay through their own page.

We liked the space available in the apartment and the facilities, such as dishwasher, washing machine (and relevant detergents for both) plus the coffee machine etc. Lovely shampoo and shower gel was supplied also. The overall cleanliness was also really good. The location was also really handy for us too and a short walk to most things.

The extractor fan in the bathroom was not working. This was inconvenient but not insurmountable. We had a bit of difficulty locating the apartment due to a lack of signage,. This was a bit frustrating however the Slow Suites staff were really quick in replying to my messages asking for assistance in locating it.

Smooth check-in process, everything can be coordinated remotely before arrival and the process is super easy and convenient. Excellent location of the apartment building, very close to multiple metro stations and within walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, and bars.

The beds aren't super comfortable. The apartment had two small twin beds which isn't great, in my case I would much rather have a double bed. Also the internal apartments are a bit dark, not much sunlight comes in.

The location is great. Walkable distance to the centre of Madrid but without the noise and tourist crowds. It is a great location for a family with young kids. Check in was smooth and the staff I dealt with was incredibly nice and accommodating. They made our trip to Madrid worth repeating next year.

I don’t have any complaints about it. Everything was adequate.

The apartment features spacious rooms, including four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided. The host responds quickly. There's a metro station just around the corner, or you can take a 15–20 minute walk to Gran Via.

Although it is a decent place to stay, just to let you know that the bedroom that faces the main street can be a bit noisy at night.

Excellent location, clean apartment, fully equipped. Easy to check in and out. Different apartment choice depending on your needs. Super close to the metro station and well isolated (noise and weather).

A bit dark. Interior apartments without a lot of sunlight. The beds are also not great, to twin beds that slide quite a bit over the wooden floors. No big deal, still fairly comfortable and overall a nice enough apartment.

I'm American living in Portugal and am so used to terrible nights sleep as the beds in Portugal are too hard for me. I was so pleasantly surprised by the beds and the huge fluffy comforter, plus extra pillows. There was also a sofa bed and it was actually comfortable! This alone would have thrilled me. In addition, there's great restaurants, groceries and more right outside your door.

The shower floor is very slippery. I would suggest some addition that is a grip matt or something to address this safety concern. Also, the soap holder in the shower isn't working right and made that difficult. Otherwise, it was great.
