We really enjoyed our stay at Numa Madrid Luna. The location is ideal, we could walk to most places we wanted to go and the subway was right at the top of the street for other places. The hotel is in a wonderful old building; the room itself was modern, clean, efficient and well designed. Breakfast was delivered promptly and was more than we could eat. And very importantly, advance communication with the hotel was good and easy and the digital check-in was very smooth.

We would absolutely stay at Numa Madrid Luna again and book a balcony room but just a heads up that the street is very lively late into the night. The hotel supplies ear plugs and you may need them! And the room is really smartly designed but there isn't a lot of space to hang out!

When we arrived the bed was dirty and the sheets were stained. We contacted Numa who couldn't help until the next day, meaning the first night was uncomfortable. Once it had been fixed, I received an email stating that they had solved the problem, but they couldn't see a problem, essentially denying the problem. I had sent photos to Numa already. I asked for a partial refund due to the inconvenience and it became a battle.

The location is perfect, in a nice trendy area, and is very central. The hotel apt was perfect for us. Clean, and had the necessities you need. A grocery store is less than a 5min walk away, so you can grab things for breakfast. We had a room that wasn’t facing a street, just a wall, but personally it was good because we didn’t hear the noise from the street. I’d stay here again! The stairs are also no big deal at all. It’s an old building, so stairs to the first floor are to be expected.

We had a fantastic stay at this accommodation! Everything was exactly as expected, and the check-in and check-out instructions were incredibly straightforward, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. The location was perfect – close to public transport, which made getting around super easy, and there were plenty of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. The small details really enhanced the experience, especially the amazing scent of the soap, shampoo, and lotion in the bathroom. It added a nice, refreshing touch that made our stay even more enjoyable.

One minor thing to note is the green light from the safety sign, which is positioned over the entrance. While I understand its importance, it literally illuminated the room at night and made it slightly uncomfortable to fall asleep, especially if you're sensitive to light. It would be great if this sign could be repositioned or shielded somehow to reduce the brightness over the bed, without compromising safety. Just a small suggestion that could make a big difference!

The studio apartment is perfect for a couple, clean, comfortable and quiet neighborhood. The location is also perfect, Gran Via and the city center are within walking distance. Bus and metro stations are also within walking distance, so it's super easy to get around. Atocha train station is just a few minutes away by taxi. We also had free bottled water, tea, coffee and chips for our stay. The bed was big and very comfortable. I would highly recommend it if you are visiting Madrid for the first time.

Soundproofing from the common areas is not very good, we could clearly hear people talking and walking from the hallway. When we opened the window, there was a strong smell of cigarettes coming from outside. Also, the internal sliding door for the bathroom makes you feel a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, no other complaints.

Looks even better in person! Modern, clean, and comfortable. Secure luggage storage prior to and after checkout. Fully digital entrance, as well as online check-in and checkout processes. Wonderful water, tea, and coffee service! City metro line was an easy 4 minute walk. Centrally located and walkable to a plethora of food and shopping options and almost all of Madrid's famous sites.

I could not extend my 2 nights. It's usually fully booked, so reserve early and for your entire stay, or you will regret it.

Location tops -- easy walking to shops, cafes, restaurants and the Gran Via. Although a tiny little studio, it was quite cleverly designed Staff were friendly and helpful although the automation grated a bit if you were in a hurry.

Nowhere comfortable to sit. There is no couch or comfy chairs to relax on...just the table and chairs. Property description needs to highlight the stairs /steps so older guests like ourselves will be aware of them before booking.

Great location right by Tribunal and Fuencarral where there are many restaurants, shops and things to do. At the same time, very well connected with the 10 metro line. Impressed by the wholly automated process, it's very well done. Good value for price I'd say.

Had a window but really no light and if you don't open the window for the whole day, you may have some slightly weird smells from the bathroom (nothing too catastrophic though).

I didn't realise there was breakfast! The coffee machine and capsules were great. Loved the Ren bathroom products since we are both from the UK and familiar with them, that was a beautiful touch and the abundance of it. Liked the fact the mini kitchen was completely catered for not like other places when they provide a mini-kitchen but nothing to use.

A long mirror in the room but this is a very minor issue.
