A great location very close to the Bilbao metro station. Entry instructions were comprehensive and easy to follow and the facility was very well equipped with everything you need during your stay. Large, comfortable room and all very clean.

There was quite a lot of noise on the street outside the property particularly as I stayed on a Saturday night. But the fact that earplugs were provided suggests that other guests had made this comment previously.

The facilities were spacious and clean. The quality of the room and the facilities exceed my expectations and I do recommend this stay if you don't mind the street noise. Although the host provides earplugs.

Since the facility is on the first floor, I could hear people on the street and sometimes some cars. It wasn't a deal breaker for me because the room had earplugs which were very helpful during the morning. I just point it out because I was not aware of it when I did the booking.

Wonderful concept to have a private bedroom & bathroom like a hotel, and common full kitchen & living room and dining space to use as you wish. Full-size shower was so comfortable also. The use of a building keypad & bedroom keypad to access this facility was brilliant, no keys or cards to keep track of.

The room we stayed in was streetside sidewalk level and not very quiet. The room also was not very soundproof to neighboring rooms.

Really nice place. Everything looks newly renovated and is in a very good shape, the location is great close to several metro stations and walking distance to all main attractions. No noisy bars in the nearest proximity, so quiet at night. The bed is very comfortable, especially is you prefer firm mattress. The internet worked well and the staff is responding quickly by WhatsApp in case you need anything.

the only thing I could think of - the towels have a very strong smell of some detergent, the smell is similar to chloride. Great that they are clean, but maybe change for something that smells a bit less strong. But I am sensitive to smells, so most people would maybe not even pay attention.

the room was on ground level and the windows were fully tinted for that reason, so basically no windows. It was a bit noisy at night, you had people walking next to you while in the bathroom, which can be a bit uncomfortable

The location was perfect! Near to important bus and metro stations, the neighborhood was beautiful. The room was comfortable and spacy.

You can hear the noise of the street just outside. It didn't bother me and there was ear plugs as well, but people who don't tolerate noise would have problems sleeping.

If you are a walker, this is a central location. It only takes about 20 minutes to get to the Royal Palace and nearby spots. Plenty of places to get tapas and drinks. The room is good for 1 person. It seems like it was an apartment that was converted and the bedrooms are what you are staying in.

If I owned this place I would provide travelers some additional info on where things are and recommendations. This is a contactless property so there is no one to talk to.

I liked the location of hotel, in the centre of the city, metro station is 200m away. Accommodation is great, cute and cozy. For the first time I saw in the room something that made me feel amazed! :) - rocking chair. Yo adoro Espana! Hotel es estupendo! Nos vemos otra vez! Greetings from Serbia!

Perhaps it was because there was only 1 other reservation but the accommodation was very quiet besides outside noise facing the street. Shared areas are clean and well-kept. There was a free gift for my reservation as well by a local artisan artist.

My double room was just 2 twin beds pushed together. The beds were kind of hard but for two nights, it was fine.

Location was suberb, stonecast away from the best breakfast bakery ever down Calle de Ruiz. After visiting the town it is perfect to dine and enjoy yourself in the neighborhood - people are so friendly, the food is truly excellent, terraces, coffee everywhere, bustling city sounds laughter, people talking, just fantastic in Masalanas.

Dont forget to take ear things with you as the city is living right outside your window.
