I loved everything about this hotel. I was able to get my wifi details and do a bit of work in the lobby while I waited for my room to be ready. The mattress was extremely comfortable, the rooms had a lovely amount of light, the bathroom was spacious and there was sooo much in walking distance (restaurants, bars, cafe's). The restaurant onsite made it so easy to get a coffee, drink, breakfast and I noticed there were always people there for lunch and dinner as well. Absolutely great part of the city. The staff were incredibly nice and I would definitely recommend it. I will stay here again for certain when I visit my friends in Madrid again.

My first time to Madrid, went with my wife and son. I found the location very good for us, a thirty minute walk to Centro, probably less if not looking in shop windows and 40 degree heat wave at the time. There were metro bus, and train station within 100 meters of the hotels front door. Madrid has a very good public transport system. Buses have great information displays making it easy. Subway very easy to navigate. The hotel- cool-relaxing-good simple foods at reasonable prices. The opportunity to walk N.S.E.W. From the location and find new restaurants, tapas bars and boutique shopping gave us a great holiday experience.

Leaving, only joking because we went from there to catch up with my family holidays in Majorca. It would have been perfect if tea and coffee facilities were in the room. Not sure if that’s the Spanish way though.

From the front desk staff to the housekeeping team, everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making my stay memorable. In summary, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in Madrid. With its prime location, exceptional amenities, and unparalleled service, it truly deserves a 10-star rating!

The room was small but perfect for 2 nights in Madrid. Nice bathroom, comfortable bed !

The walls are pretty thin, so you everything, people closing their doors, walking on wood floor, walking up and down the steps near elevator. I guess that can't be helped on small boutique hotel and depending on where your room is.

Beautiful poster bed, attention to detail for travelers needs, lovely orange smell of soap/body lotion;Round room with nice green shutters. Centrally located /metro stop in front of hotel.Lovely restaurant on site.

Slightly noisy for sensitive people if windows are kept ajar. Tissue box would be nice and there are only Spanish TV stations available, not even English news channel. Minibar supply very basic, could offer more choice.

Big, non-standard room Warm (we happened to visit the city at +10C) Right on top of a metro station Quiet neighborhood with cafes, grocery shops, and restaurants

The staff was frequently missing from the reception. It was hard to reach them to ask a question or make a request WiFi speed was mid at best

Perfect located at 5 meters from Metro with easy connection to all parts of the city. Furthermore personal was very friendly and customer oriented.

Hello! The hotel is magical ! Super safe & the location is safest in Madrid and close to everywhere by walk. Price& performance extremely perfect! Also the receptionists are super super friendly Definetely ı would stay when ı turn back !

Lovely hotel, clean room, beautiful area in Madrid. Restaurant attached was also tasty!

The pillows are too big and fluffy they hurt your neck! Some staff could be a bit more friendly. Also my room was freezing when I arrived, I called reception at 1:30am and then he turned on the heat.

Well located, comfortable and pleasant. Right next to Metro Bilbao.

At 1400 the room wasn’t ready and I was told to wait about 20 minutes. I had to be somewhere by 1430 so this was inconvenient as check in at a hotel of this price should be ready at the advertised time.
