POOL: small but decent. We were there during a heat wave so it was appreciated. Although the pool staff was wonderful, some rules are implemented (no moving of lounge chairs - why?) and some are not (the signs say smoking is permitted only at the bar, but everyone smoked everywhere). Maybe more sun umbrellas are needed. Water turned murky after 15:00. Bar is great. Really really excellent staff. COMMENT: Have you thought of making it adults only? ROOMS: Tiny but the right size for their scope. Great aircon. Wonderful mattress. Good shower (water pressure medium). Very clean. Strong perfume. NO SOUND PROOFING - I could hear everyone from the pool (I was at the third floor, the pool at the 8th). Do NOT get a room in front of the elevators, too noisy! BREAKFAST: good variety and quality of most ingredients. Appreciated all the different types of juices and breads. Sad eggs - surely an egg station would be more cost effective and inspire more.

RECEPTION: A few days before arriving, I got an email asking what time I would arrive. I answered: 15:00. We arrived at 15:00 We were told one room was ready and the other was not. We had lunch. At 16:30 we went back. Same situation plus some faff about the cleaning ladies maybe having done it but not put it in the system. I asked to call the ladies to make sure it was ready. They couldn’t. We opted to go to the ready room in the meantime. Upstairs, we passed the cleaning ladies, explained. After 30 MORE minutes - at 17:00 - the room was finally ready. I complained about this - objectively, it was a huge delay - and nothing was done to appease me: no free cocktail, no apology, no chocolate on my pillow. Very frustrating for the price!

The hotel has a great vibe and at a great location near shops and metro and Real Madrid stadium

The rooftop pool/bar was not open when I was there, I heard a number a people asking the staff why it was closed and the answer I got was that it does not open until May, if this is the case that is cool but when booking this was not clearly stated so that left a bit of a sour taste in the mouth. . .my room was very compact too, while it had everything and was clean I was glad I was travelling on my own as may have been a bit uncomfortable for anymore than one person.

The hotel has good service, rooms are clean 👌 The rooms have every detail taken into account to make you feel comfortable The breakfast is good 👌 The management is well organized 👌👌🩷

Small room but because of good service this will no longer cause you discomfort 😉 I was going to write 10 points, the only detail why I didn't write it down was that I needed a taxi at 3:10 AM, the receptionist wrote that down. I arrived 10 minutes early and was told that he wouldn't call me until exactly 03:10. It was a bit annoying that he realized I was angry and called me a taxi :))) Ana from Georgia 🇬🇪

The bed was so comfortable and big. The balcony was great. Hotel was so clean and staff super friendly and helpful. The pool area - Superb. Also there was a male colleague reception staff who was incredible. It is thanks to him that I will be staying here for a week once a month for business.

The room had little storage for clothes and very few hangers. It was also smaller than anticipated. Also, every morning decaf coffee was given as opposed to a mixture of caffeinated and de-caffeinated. So make sure you ask for a mix if that is what you want. More gluten free options would be so helpful. If you can't provide that then please be a little considerate when people have to bring in outside food as GF customers cannot be catered for. I couldn't eat with my husband as there was nothing available.

The hotel looked fantastic, very clean and helpful staff. The rooftop pool and bar was great as were the coffee facilities and water in reception

The only negative was the unfortunate leak in the hotel which resulted in no hot water for 24hrs and no lifts working . As it was my sons 21st birthday present (to visit the football grounds), it was a shame that we couldn’t shower before going out for his birthday meal and walking up to the 5th several times was very tiring after a day of walking round the city. This wasn’t anyone’s fault but it did spoil his birthday a little .

Great location (walking distance to Bernabeu stadium and 2 metro stations). Direct train from Nuevos Ministerios to Très Cantos and direct metro to Airport (didn't have to use any Uber). Room is quite large, well equipped with a nespresso machine and AC (a must at the period i was there). Breakfast choice is relatively good, opened at 7am.... Pool on the rooftop is appreciated (close at 8pm). Room is quite well sound proof for neighbors.

Everything went well for my stay. Opening time for breakfast (7am) make it tight schedule for me...6.30 would have been more comfortable).

The hotel is in very nice location - in the new city center. Great for business trips. The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast is good. The rooms were very small, but still they have everything you need. Bonus thing - free cab from airport to the hotel. Nice bar where you can have a drink and relax, or play arcade games - for the oldschool guys. :-)

The room was quite small for the money. You enter inside and there is only bed, no place for anything else. The bathroom was not very comfortable either. The sink was soo small that when you wash your hands or face, the water goes everywhere.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in and every interaction seamless. The rooms were spotlessly clean, which made for a very comfortable stay. Every morning, we looked forward to the delicious breakfast, which had a great variety of fresh and tasty options. The hotel also has a lovely bar where we enjoyed relaxing after a long day of exploring. The location is perfect—close to everything you need, and with excellent connections to the city center. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we will definitely be back!

The room was better this time. It has everything you need. The bathroom was spacious enough. The hotel is in a great location. Near two metro stations, big shopping centers, and lots of restaurants nearby. Great for business visit.

They have some problem with the water. It is a nightmare trying to adjust the water warm enough for taking a shower. It is too hot, or too cold, nothing in the middle, and it changes constantly. More interestingly, it was that in the sink, there was no warm water at all. The heating stops when you are leaving the room and remove the card.

Clean. Large comfortable bed. Having a balcony was great. Not near the centre but the metro and other necessities are nearby.

The pool area could be improved. Pool itself is too cold, its main purpose should be as a space to relax, not as a bar with DJ etc - less tables, more sun loungers. The rooms should also have a toilet brush in them. A parasol on the balcony would be great.
