I selected this place bcoz we were planning to visit Santiago Bernabéu. It was less than 10mins walk. The room was clean, amenities up to standard. Public bus is 5mins away, metro about 15mins.

There was one female receptionist who couldn't speak English, it was annoying bcoz I was asking for basic things.. where can I get a sim card, how can I get from place to place... Reply I don't know! The room had cooking facilities but no pan or pot to cook with. The hotel should also keep transportation map at the reception. The roads were closed due to a marathon. The receptionist guided us to a specific bus stop to get a bus, but the bus weren't allowed that route. The receptionist should be aware of the surroundings.

Amazing renovation of an traditional country house, excellent taste. More than well equipped kitchen. In the middle of all the Chateaus and grape fields. Perfect for a long stay with family or friends. Nice outdoors terrace with charcoal bbq facilities and even a citrus three (not sure if it was orange or mandarine because of the season). On top of the laundry mashine there was a tumble dryer. Very clean. Automatic check in with a code, and instructions were really clear with photos. Good communication with the host. We were really impressed and definitely coming back.

Nothing to dislike. The only improvement could be including ironing facilities (which we could not find - maybe they were there, but the property is really big)😀

Very spacious and comfortable apartment, super clean, modern, comfortable beds, nice views. The rooftop swimming pool was also a very nice addition ! The location was better than expected, with well-stocked supermarket nearby, and various shops and restaurants. And the metro is really close as well with direct link to the city center.

The areas around the swimming pools are quite small with no shade, it's not ideal with kids to spend time by the pool. But we were still able to enjoy the pool as it wasn't crowded at all.

The place has a perfect location if you want to go to the Santiago Bernabéu stadium

I went on a weekend trip, and when I arrived at the hotel, my room was an oven. We arrived around 10 PM and called the reception. They sent someone to check the air conditioning, but the problem couldn't be resolved because the maintenance staff were not available. The first night was a nightmare. Fortunately, the next day they solved the problem. However, the hotel should leave the air system on if they expect guests and check the room, especially for late check-ins.

The residences are in a very convenient location, with many key places and amenities just a short distance away.

One thing I didn’t like was the additional charge or guarantee payment required due to something that was apparently not covered. It felt a bit strange—especially when booking through a trusted platform like Booking.com, where you usually expect those kinds of details to be clear and included upfront.

Front desk was helpful

I prepaid then asked for a €300 deposit i and my wife had to sign multiple waver forms saying if we did not put the garbage out we got fined if the kitchen w as not clean we got fined. €30 and €50 . I did not trust them so i took pictures as proof. They also informed the next day the room towels etc were only changed after the fourth fourth night stay. Very poor and unprofessional

I needed to stay in that neighborhood, and I was not disappointed. Close to metro station, metro direct to centro. Next to all commodities. It was perfect for us.

I booked from booking.com, and they had all financial information needed , but 1 day before my arrival, I received an email with a 2-hour deadline to pay in their website, I was lucky to see the email on time, otherwise I would have serious problems specially that i was traveling with my kids.

Very new apartments, a large bed, good living room with a kitchen that had everything you need. Extremely large terrace outside which looked very nice.

It can be noisy. Even though they state people have to be quiet after 22:00 the couple with a child next to me made a lot of noise when they came back around 23:00-00:00 every night. The walls are not that tick it seems. I was glad I brought earplugs. I would suggest if it is possible to spread guests around the property to avoid people sleeping in apartments next to each other.

Size of the apartment for 4 adults and 2 kids. Location to the Real Madrid arena, close to subway and food market.

Proper maintenance check of the apartment before new visitors taking over. Tv was not working, light bulb in the lamp was burn out. Security guard of the apartment building showed rude behavior.

It was clean and comfortable, the staff were helpful and friendly. The location was great, close to several Metro stations and many supermarkets. It was an ideal apartment for our long stay with 2 children.
