Limited area for breakfast and having to announce your breakfast time a day prior; Confusing (for me) payment via 3rd party platform (in Spanish) where the card details had to be entered again, despite being entered in the Booking platform

We chose this property because of its location close to Plaza De Espana and on a vibrant street, yet still peaceful. The room was spotless with excellent and unobtrusive room service every day. The bed was HUGE - almost like having separate beds! The breakfast provided a great start to the day and I frequently had nothing else to eat until the evening.

Nothing worth complaining about. The plug for our sink was broken (but we didn't bother asking for a replacement). Not much of a view - only to some quiet offices across the block, so privacy could be an issue during office hours, but only really if you stood naked at the window and drew attention to yourself! (We didn't do this)!

Perfect location, om a quiet street close to Plaza de España, to the subway station, walkind distance to many attractions. Helpful and friendly staff, spacious and comfortable room, great cleaning, delicious breakfast, large, comfortable bathroom with a great shower (important to have a good shower after walking around the street all day). Excellent value for money, I would definitely stay there again

Saturday evening reception staff, gentleman on was not helpful when l tried to order room service.. he did not know it was not available and when he realised and called me did not offer any local alternative information.. Otherwise staff were really lovely and friendly…

The location was exactly as expected. It was quiet but within a 10 minute walk of the centre and various metro stations. The room was a tad bit smaller than we had hoped, but the space was big enough for us given the duration of our stay. The staff were extremely helpful and dealt with any issues we had quickly and efficiently. Overall, we were pleased with our experience.

The bathroom was tired and could do with an upgrade but it was functional. Other than that, all else was as expected.

1) The personnel in the hotel (specially Yoany and Danny) are great hostess, always with a smile and whiling to help. 2) The location is better than great. less than 100 meters from Plaza de España so you are close to everything but far enough so you can rest.

1) My wife and I had a bed separated in the middle. That Is a bit uncomfortable. 2) Not even water is offered for the guess in the room. 3) the TV is on a floor stand and not on the wall reducing the space in the room.

Very good and comfortable room. Delicious breakfast. Especially very kind reception staff(Ms Daniela),when I checked in, I asked one thing to other staff that was to find out the mass time at Catholic church near by on coming Easter day and this was forwarded to Daniela. And I was surprised by Daniela's one page summary covering all information on mass time table.It was perfect! Due to her support I was able to participate Easter mass with no difficulty. Thanks Daniela.

Very clean, well equipped junior suite. Very comfortable bed; staff were excellent: friendly and very helpful! Wi-Fi was excellent. Quiet street with very nice local cafes a few great produce stores and groceries within two minutes walk. And yet only a two/three minute walk to Plaza de Espana, a variety of sites and main shopping district. Truly enjoyed my stay and will return.

We stayed one week and had breakfast each morning with an impressive variety of foods to choose from including pastries, small sandwiches and fresh fruit as well as hot dishes and cereal. Everything was delicious. The room had a terrace and kitchenette. The price was reasonable. The hotel is located just a short distance from the Royal Palace and Plaza España which is a major Metro hub with easy connections to the airport.

Fantastic central location, very clean, cleaning staff was exceptionally friendly and helped coordinate when to clean the room at the best times so it wouldn’t disturb us, great breakfast buffet, and overall helpful and nice staff. Great internet for working, but bring a travel router or Ethernet cable if you’re doing remote work with Zoom calls. However when connected by cable I got a stable 100/100mbps connection and the port was located right under the work desk.

While the internet connection was really fast, the Wifi reception in the room was terrible. There is a small gym that even has some weights, but they skip from 6kg to 16kg so missing all of the weights that are most commonly used by most people which made it kind of useless. They have some cardio machines but we walked so much in Madrid they were kind of pointless.
