Great central location, quiet, Jacuzzi very good, but very comfortable, they gave us additional pillows Very polite staff and very clean

Only downside, maybe that some things looked a bit tired. For example, the bathroom door But to be honest, everything was in working order and very clean, thus no complaints

On booking say breakfast is 5.57 euro/person.. in real.life is 9 euro/ person and not so good for that price. Rooms kind of small

The location was amazing. Close to everything of interest in Madrid, especially great if you're interested in visiting the many food opportunities in the area. The hotel was very clean with good facilities (shower, bed, sink, aircon and sofa all clean and working well). Shower had good water pressure and temperature.

The door and walls are on the thin side. As a result noise can be heard from the hallway.

We couldn't work the electronic key system with our phones. Could be a fault on our part though.

Location is perfect, room is clean and somewhat modern minus the tv. Checkout time is good.

Shower door wouldn't close properly, bathroom would fill-up with water everytime we shower. They gave us 3 keys for the apartment that we had to carry at all times which was a major inconvenience. Most hotels now have a code and done. But we had to carry a card for the room. Plus 2 physical keys for the building and hotel doors. Wasnt exactly nice

Towels are exchanged every two days. No USB outlets on wall to accommodate travelers.

The location was incredibly good. Exactly where I needed to be. It had good air conditioning system and no noisy neighbours.

The bed was very small - my feet were hanging out. The shower door didn't close so each time when showering the small bathroom would be all soaking wet. There were no where to hang wet towels.
