It’s location by the official Camino Trail, the knowledge of the Camino by the hotel staff and their ability to give you directions, instructions and recommendations on where you pickup your Peregrinos documents and where the starting point for the Camino Ingles is located. Excellent Staff !

I had no negative issues and was quite satisfied with our stay!

The staff at reception and in the bar and restaurant were very friendly and helped with any requests we had. Room was simple but was comfortable and had everything you need. Breakfast was always very nice. We had dinner one night and this was excellent.

On the last night there was a constant noise coming from the bathroom. I couldn't work out what it was.

We needed to be close to the athletico Madrid training ground and it was walkable or 4 min in the car . There is a shopping center very close by and an food court and bowling 2 mins away walking

Extra charge for parking ... If your staying there it should be included as it's a big space and I was the only car parked there

Breakfast was good. For Vegan people (my case) you could find a bit more options!! At the end, I was fine, but I wasn't having a good variety of options.

A bit more options for vegan people. Things to go along with bread ... vegetal butter. A vegan cheese and mushrooms, for example.

Convenient in-house restaurant with decent food and fast and friendly service.

Hotel is in an industrial estate close to the motorway. Convenient to reach by car but only by car - no nice stroll in the evening.

The room was large, clean, comfortable. Good desk. Underground parking available. Good wifi.

The hotel is in a industrial/commercial zone outside Madrid - not the most interesting neighborhood. The breakfast choice is relatively limited.

Breakfast was very good. Wide choice - fruit was really good, Spanish omelette very good, nuts and seeds, dried fruit and natural yogurt

Having stayed here many times, they recognise regulars, of which one of my clients left documents in the lobby, which the hotel contacted me to contact my client to collect, what he though were lost documents. Also, they now appreciate how we like a pot of tea in the morning,

Nothing to complain about

Staff (in particular Paco) very friendly. Great for short business trip. WLAN worked very well for me (I asked for access code at reception)

I missed a toilet brush.
