The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect – couldn’t have been better! We had easy walking access to everything, and no matter what time of day or night we went out, the streets were full of life and joy. There were always restaurants and food options around. Despite all the buzz outside, the room was super quiet and peaceful — perfect for resting. The decor had a charming, vintage vibe, but everything was clean and cozy, which really made it feel like home. Everything was just amazing. I’ve saved this place and I’ll definitely be coming back! 😊🌟

Amazing location, all most important touristic spots are within a short walking distance. Nice staff. The room was small but equipped with everything we needed for our city-break stay. It was really clean everywhere. We could definitely stay there again.

The hairdryer was getting overheated too quick for me to finish drying my hair, it stops working at some point and needs time to get cooler & be usable again. Would be nice to have larger packages of the bath gel & shampoo as the ones provided were barely enough for one use.

Excellent location, the family room was good and had a division between the two double beds, great size.

To get to the family room, the route was a bit confusing, and at the end we had to go up 2 stairs, which was a bit bad, since we had 4 luggages. The acoustics in the room were also not 100%, at night we could hear a lot of noise, including when other rooms were using the bathrooms. However, this did not affect our stay, and we continue to recommend the hotel.

The hotel room I stayed in was on the small side, but it had everything I needed for a short stay, including a desk and a bathroom with everything I needed. It was as described on the website. The room is easily accessible and there's even a lift, but I didn't have a chance to check it out.

I took off one point from the hotel rating because there wasn't a clear sign in the street at the first entrance where reception is located. There is a sign on the door, but it's easy to miss it in the evening when you're tired from travelling. The large sign is placed above the entrance where there is no reception. It can be a bit confusing. But the manager was quick to help over the phone and everything was sorted. The two entrances are literally 10 metres apart, but you have to know which way to go! Google Maps was also at a loss. I should also mention that the room I stayed in had a window to the courtyard. If you're used to staying in rooms with a view from the window, this might not be the best option for you.

Location and location , cant beat that . Walking distance to every thing. Steps away from metro station. Little noisy as it was a very busy square ( Puerta del sol).

The property itself was very old and there was no shampoo /gel , just cheap soap bars . English speaking staff was not always at reception , which was in another building, just few steps away.

This is an excellent location for many reasons. It was close to the metro, and easy walk for a cab or Bolt. There were many restaurants ranging from different prices and menus within the immediate area. The entrance security was very good and I always felt safe. My room had everything I need and was newly designed and clean. I would stay here again, and recommend to friends and family.

It is in a very good location, the rooms were clean

a big problem for tourists is that the staff does not know English at a basic level, and the reception and rooms are located in different buildings, which is inconvenient, and the bathroom is very small.

The rooms on 4th/5th floor are great. Beautiful view of Puerta del Sol. Wonderful music outside on the street. But, that is part of the problem. In Feb. the room was too hot, so if you kept the window open to stay cool, the noise kept you up.

Too much heat in winter.

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The room had a small refrigerator and safe. The water pressure in the shower was great! The location was close to shopping and food.

We like keeping the window open so we can get fresh air and hear the sounds of the city but the Puerta del Sol area was so busy and loud with music and people up until after 1pm on a Monday night that we had to close the window.

Very central, literally just beside Sol, and around the corner from the Metro/train station. Very clean. Not the most modern but the bed was comfy and although small the room had everything I could need for one night.

Just minor things like very small lift (for me ok but if someone has lot of luggage can be an issue) and as they were on renovations, you have to go to the next door for check in. Nothing major anyway and the staff was good (the cleaning lady let me leave the suitcase in the room before I went to the other building for the check in)
