Smack bang in the heart of Malaga, this hotel couldn’t be better placed if it tried. It stands out like a stylish flamingo at a pigeon convention—you can spot it from just about anywhere. Perched at the foot of the city’s main shopping street, it made exploring an absolute breeze (and dangerously easy to “just nip out” for another pair of shoes). Inside, it’s all trendy vibes and clever design. Our room was sharp, comfy, and had a walk-in shower so good it almost made us late for everything. Bonus points for USB-A and USB-C charging on both sides of the bed—because apparently, they know what year it is. Next time we're in Malaga, we won’t even look anywhere else—this is the spot.

The suit was a lovely size and balcony and views were brilliant. Complimentary coffee in room and hairdryers was great too as often they wouldn’t blow a leaf!!! It’s the little things that matter! Staff were super friendly too

Pool was tiny. Almost laughable but we were there in January so wasn’t a priority. Roof top seating area couldn’t be a little nicer as the views were lovely.

Lovely spacious bedroom. Got a nice upgrade to deluxe suite. Friendly and welcoming staff. Central location.

Mattress was a little uncomfortable for my liking. Very hard. Struggled to fall asleep as someone pregnant too. Outside was rather loud, noise could be heard up until 5-6am. But perhaps comes with choosing a central location and it being a saturday night.

Absolutely wonderful hotel in a perfect location! The hotel is located right at the beginning of the main promenade, which makes it ideal for exploring the city. The atmosphere is very cozy and welcoming, and the staff is incredibly kind and attentive. On our first day, they surprised us with a complimentary breakfast when they found out my birthday was the next day — such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that truly impressed us. The breakfast is delicious and varied, the rooms are comfortable, and the whole experience was just perfect. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel — you won’t be disappointed!

the rooms where a good size and we had a good view of the strip of shops across the road. the staff where very helpful and friendly and made the holiday very smooth. it is just across the road from the main shops and the beach is only a 15 min walk or can catch the bus from just outside the hotel. Worth the stay just for the convenience of having everything so close.

the terrace was very small and no staff there at the time we went, the cleaning was overall good but missed some bits sometimes like wiping the counter, but not a major issue.

The staff is very friendly; they upgraded us to junior suites and also gave us free breakfast for the 2 days. The location is perfect! Wonderful, I'd say. The breakfast is pretty tasteful—not much variety, but it's good. The view is super nice, overlooking the main street of central Málaga, which is the most important one. Despite the central location, it's not noisy. The design is very nice, modern, and aesthetically pleasing. The parking is easy to reach when is not overbooked, being a public one, not dedicated to hotel only.

The room had an old smell, like it wasn't used. Super dusty, old wripped towels, stained couch, not so clean carpet, no bathroom ventilation.

The location is very central and the breakfast is outstanding. This is the third time I have stayed here so I am a big fan. The roof top bar is also a bonus and the staff working there are very helpful and inviting.

I opted for a room with a view for this visit and the view was outstanding, but the trade off was that the layout of the room was poor compared to the lower floors I have stayed in and seemed smaller and not as comfortable. Despite being a repeat customer I have never been acknowledged as such, whereas other hotels do.

the location was excellent, we were able to travel around the city very easily from the hotel. our room had excellent views of the city with a small balcony that allowed us to see the views from outside. the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had wonderful toiletries, the hair dryer was the best we had had in a hotel. the staff were incredibly helpful, especially Javier who did everything to help us and made sure we made the most of our short time in malaga. Daniel was also very friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations for places to eat that we would not have found without that help. we would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Malaga, for its excellent staff, location and first class service.

The breakfast food was very good but the set up could be improved. The coffee machine did not cope with the number of people using it and broke down several times on 2 mornings. It also gets quite crowded around the machine with the number of people waiting to use it.

The hotel is very clean and cozy, very central location, close to the main street and the sea promenade. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and modern-looking. The breakfast was well arranged, varied, every morning there were fresh fruits. Bonus points: good coffee! ☕️ Overall, we had a very pleasant stay! 😊

Recommendation: you could add slippers to the room amenities and hair conditioner to the bathroom toiletries. Although, even of the guest does not bring their own, the Rituals store is right downstairs across the street.

Excellent staff, hugely helpful and friendly. Spacious room, spotlessly clean and beautiful and comfortable beds. The location was first class, right in the centre and close to everything. The fruit platter on arrival was a wonderful surprise and such a great welcome to the hotel amd to Malaga. Staff helped us book a flamenco event which was amazing and we had excellent recommendations for local food and drink that we would not have found without them.

There wasn't anything we didn't like, the only suggestion is to change the way coffee is provided in the restaurant at breakfast as the machine was confusing which meant it was slow and caused short wait.
