Great location, I had a Seaview and just like having a studio apartment for a hotel price. I would stay here again.

My in-room phone did not work. Every time I walked by the front desk somebody was complaining about one thing or another not working in room. It's to be expected for the age of accommodation. Probably in the 80's and 90's this was top quality. For the price and location a broken phone did not bother me. Lack of hot water during peak hours of the on-site restaurant, but I shower before bed so no hot water issues for me. I would stay again, also staff are super friendly.

Very comfortable apartment hotel at the promenade in Marbella, 5 minutes walk to the charming old town. My room was nicely decorated, I had amazing sea view from the balcony. Great staff, special thanks to Mercedes and her friendly colleagues from the reception. I would definitely return to this hotel.

It was not possible to regulate the heating in my room, finally I asked to swich it off. The kitchen could be a bit better equippted (plates, cutlery etc.)

The location was great, with the beach right in front of the hotel and the old town just 5 minutes away, offering many shops and restaurants nearby. It was also very easy to catch buses towards Puerto Banús, with the stations only a few minutes from the hotel. Our room did have a slight view of the sea as well, which was nice. The room was well-stocked with all the necessities (e.g. 2-in-1 shower gel/ shampoo; dishwashing supplies; cooking utensils and cutlery) and remained clean throughout. The rooftop pool was also very nice during the hot days. The staff was great and very friendly, and accommodating when needed.

On some days, it was harder to catch a spot at the pool due to limited sunbeds, but most of the time this wasn't a major issue.

The Location and staff were excellent. We had a very well situated room with a balcony with a sea view. The breakfast was good considering how much we paid for it but the hot food e.g. scrambled eggs need improvement. Would recommend asking for a fan if someone using the sofa bed as the air conditioning doesn't circulate there. I did and it was much appreciated

The apartment and balcony are much smaller than they appeared in the pictures - but were quite adequate- I would have liked a little more space - Some umbrellas to provide shade for sun loungers would also be good.

The hotel is absolutely perfect – with a great location, super clean, and very quiet at night, ideal for sleeping. You can hear the sound of the waves, yet you’re only a 5-minute walk from Marbella’s Old Town. They have a beautiful rooftop where breakfast is served, offering a stunning view of the entire sea – the perfect relaxing start to your day. Special thanks to Paco at the reception – his wonderful sense of humor and quick, helpful responses made us feel right at home. We would definitely come back to this hotel again. What was very important for us – even after check-out, we were still allowed to use the pool, had access to a shower, clean towels, and secure luggage storage. Highly recommended! 🔥

We are very satisfied that we chose One Princesa Playa Hotel.The hotel location is perfect! So close to everything-just few steps to the beach ,plenty restaurants,big Supermarket just in the corner.Our room nr was 606 -have a big balcony with amazing sea view and I was observing beautiful sunset and also fireworks (two evenings).The living room with kitchenette is convenient and spacious, shower is big as well, I like the wardrobe with plenty of hangers and many shelf with even space for shoes. Every member of staff starting from front desk reception :especially Paco ,Alberto,Miguel ,Francisco ,a nice lady who was cleaning our room,, ,waitress -staff serving breakfast-especially :Ewa :D -always welcoming all tourist with a smile .,and everyone else in between are so pleasant, proffesional and helpful , Everything was perfect, the staff was friendly rooms were nice and kept clean .I would like to say Thank you to Paco -working in the lobby front desk for helping me with anything I just asked.

We like everything We stayed in this hotel for a week and would definitely like to stay longer. We will definitely come back.

Magnificent sea view and excellent location on the beachfront. Room was a little small and congested with a too long and superfluous corridor that could have been used to better effect. The reception staff were friendly, efficient and effective throughout. We had a bit of a problem with the air conditioning (water leaking from the unit) but they rushed to our rescue with a bunch of towels to hold back the flood until maintenance arrived.

See above about room. Also that there was no bar in the hotel's public area around reception.

All perfect. Location exelent to all interesting places to go. front sea view. The room has everything that you need. Like a complete studio... full equipped. Special THANKS to all staff. Kitchen restaurant. Cleaning Ladies (& Charito). All Frot desk (Martha, Juan. Roberto, Albert).....

It's a construction next, but personally, it was not a problem. They never started working early... Also, the people working there were very respectful...

The room was in a very central location on the beach and close to the Old Town. The room was a good size and had a balcony with a sea view (we selected the option without one which was a bonus). There is a rooftop pool which is open between 10:00 - 19:00. The hotel is quiet and many of the other guests were slightly older.

There are building works taking place next door, which may be disruptive if staying during the week. They do not work over the weekends. There are two lifts within the building, but they are slow and small.

Very nice professional staff. Excellent location directly on beach and 5 minutes walk to downtown. Excellent buffet breakfast on top of hotel with amazing views. Big room with excellent daily housekeeping. Nice balcony. Excellent WiFi signal. Many supermarkets nearby as well as rent a bike shop.

Safe box for 2.75euros per day??!! I do not think the hotel needs this! Nearby parking available but for 20euros per 24 hours withOUT in and out permission (not fault of hotel)
