Lovely small and quiet complex. Apartments were only two stories high and set out in lovely well maintained grounds which gave it a very intimate feel. The apartment itself was very comfortable. Very comfy bed, adequate kitchen (hob and microwave) table and chairs and sofa. Large patio with outdoor seating a very nice spot for dining and whiling away a few hours. Good housekeeping and a very nice bar that served good food. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent accommodation for a very reasonable price.. Would definitely re visit and have no hesitation in recommending Club Vista Serena.

This isn't really what we didn't like or what could have been better. We feel that it was a bit of a distance from the main resort and a car was a definite advantage. We believe there was a bus service and a small Spar very nearby but never needed to use either as we had hired a car.

Spotlessly clean, daily room clean too, staff were lovely.

Only 2 mugs in kitchen and only 1 plug socket had to keep changing kettle and toaster 😊 sun beds were placed too close together whilst it was relatively quiet it would've been better with a bit of space between them and maybe a small table as nowhere to put glasses books creams etc.

Pleasant, friendly and quiet location. Cute small apartments clean and with all comfort. Daily cleaning service. The presence of a bidet was a good surprise. Parking outside always available (having a car is necessary if you want to go to the beach or to other amenities). Supermarket in the neighborhood. Nice swimming pool.

Secondary exit not always is open, but only after 16.00: people need to walk around the residence (avoiding the swimming pool) to get the primary exit door. After 16.00 (when reception closes) only the secondary exit door is open: it Is suggested to let all the exit doors open all day long (obviously permitted only to the customers of the residence). Reception is open only up to 16.00 (that may be a problem for new customers arriving later at the residence). It Is suggested to install directions to indicate where the apartments are located. Boring light of the air conditioning fan coil flashing all night long.

Meticulously clean, maid service every day. Restaurant was excellent for evening meal, staff were fabulous, helpful & attentive. Lovely quiet complex. easy access via taxis to busier areas.

The pool bar was closed midweek between 12- 2pm but was open at the weekend.

I have always enjoyed. staying at Club Vista Serena. I have never had any qualms with the facilities the staff have always shown me kindness and helpfulness. I would certainly recommend them to anyone wishing to stay at the club,

The staff at the cafe bar were great and the lovely woman at reception was so friendly. Nice food and we had drinks most days - Aperol Spritz and it was just a lovely, resftul break we both needed

The sterotypical old German tourusts who took up all the sun longers Sorry - but that's the truth... I think it's cause we're British.

The grounds are immaculate with beautiful flowers and the external maintenance of the property is fantastic. It's never overcrowded and the staff are so friendly and happy all the time. The apartment has everything we needed and the beds are super comfortable too and the air conditioning was fantastic! Taxis to Playa de Ingles and Maspalomas were only €6-8 and there is a decent sized spar shop for groceries just 2minutes walk around the corner too!

Just one minor improvement would be some of the internal decor is looking a little tired, but that definitely is very minor as the facilities are amazing!

Atmosphere! While you are entering Club Vista Serena area you already can feel relaxed and energised! Lovely, colourful and alive! Most apartments for guests in Maspalomas are in white colour, but here every house is colourful, a lot of flowers and pool in the middle, it really made us feel great! Good food at pool bar.

The hotel is in "the bubble", if you are travelling without car, let's say it's a bit ungrateful location. We were a bit disappointed about included breakfast - even though food is very tasty, but you can chose only from ready meals/from menu, but portions aren't very big..

Enough sunbeds, nice staff, you could also eat diner, lunch and breakfast (kind of expensive for what you can choose from) there instead of going out. They made sure the bathrooms was cleaned. Cleaning ladies came everyday. When there was an issue it would be taken care of fast.

It looked bigger than it was. Really surprised when we entered, it was very outdated. But if you don’t care about that, it’s fine.

I liked the location. Although it is quite far from the beach and centre for restaurants it was perfect for me as I had a hire car and was easy to get on to the main roads to travel round the island. Quiet area too. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Large apartment and very clean.

There was nothing to dislike about this apartment.
