Friendly staff, Good food - good variety of meals, salads, vegetables. Good location on south - it means very sunny weather. Also the parking was available in the hotel and on the road-side in front of the hotel. We enjoyed a 2-room apartment, where we had enough space. The Ocean view was amazing.

Sea view also means a noise from the Ocean. This is something to consider. Because our home is in the quiet area, the sound of waves and the loudness was quite surprising for us in the first night. But then we get used to it. The hotel facilities are older, what is not a problem, but I recommend to set the right expectations. The hotel is a great value for the money.

We like everything. Food is delicious and plenty. Staff are kind. They are working fast and hard. Our apartment is huge, nice and very comfortable. Bed as well. Hotel is amazing. Beach is 10 minutes walk. We enjoy this small walk after lunch or dinner. There are not so many kids. Kids section perfectly separated. Nights is very quiet. Perfect for relax.

Only 1 things what we didn't like. We couldn't book the theme restaurant when we check in the hotel(our first day) because those were aready full. We didn't have chance. I understand this hotel is huge but you should give much more place for these event. Anyway I give the maximum stars because we really enjoy it.

Yesterday we returned from our vacation. We spent 10 days there. It was wonderful! We booked a room with a sea view and were given one on the first floor with a large terrace. It was new, with comfortable mattresses and snow-white bed linen. We slept like babies to the sound of the waves. We had all-inclusive. The food was delicious, with plenty of seafood, fish, shrimp, and mussels. The fish soup was very tasty. There were lots of fruits and delicious ice cream for lunch and dinner. The pools were a bit cool for me; I’m not sure if they heated them in October. But we went to Anfi Beach, which is a 10-minute walk away. In my opinion, it’s the best beach on the island (we rented a car and explored everything). There was always a parking spot available at the hotel. A special thank you to the animators! Juan and Santi! ❤️ They created a great atmosphere every day. You are the best!!! Our child was absolutely thrilled!

Pools were a bit cold in October

All inclusive, great selection of food, you can also reserve the themed dinners e.g.. We tried Mexican and Asian and the food/service was exceptional. Staff were very busy and very friendly. Location, there is a shuttle bus that takes you to the airport, approximately 45 minutes at a fraction of the taxi cost which was great. Location, 5/10 walk to Sandy Anfi beach. 5 minutes taxi to town around 6 Euros. Had entertainment sone nights which was a bonus. Overall, lovely relaxing break.

Would be great if towels were changed daily especially with water leakage when taking showers. Although I suppose I could have asked. Slight smell of sewage in bathroom basin. All inclusive, had to take off bands when checking out, would have been the icing on the cake if allowed to have lunch rather than paying extra (with evening flights). Drinks were watered down too much (Although was so much better at Beach Bar).

We were warmly greeted on arrival by reception. Our room was on Complex 2 (R152) with a sea view. The main hotel restaurant offered three sittings throughout the day with a good selection of hot and cold food. Wine and beer was available with lunch and dinner. The restaurant on Complex 2 held a variety of theme nights daily throughout the week. Staff at the two pool bars were lovely. The two pools, sunbeds and surrounding areas were kept immaculately clean. The hotel landscaping/gardens are maintained to a very high standard. Room towels during our stay were changed daily. Pool towels are available from reception for a 15 euro deposit each, which is refundable on departure. Suggest the beach bar is renamed to Sunset Beach Bar & publicised more as it will be a great place to watch the sun go done in the Summer. Will definitely return in the future.

A tea towel, small washing up liquid and sponge in the kitchen are would be useful. My husband felt the lower door area of the shower & tray below tiles needed attention/steam clean. Perhaps a bed linen change during our 5 night stay would have been nice. No beach to speak of but if you are willing to take a 15 minute walk, Anfi Beach is just around the corner.

Lovely sea view from our room, the buffet was lovely (breakfast, lunch and dinner), great snack bar, good entertainment, little shop for any forgotten items or late night snacks and good room size.

Hard to park car, not the best wi-fi signal, we asked to check-in an hour before (2pm) on the app it was accepted but the hotel didn't allow us to, shower had not been cleaned when we arrived, we had to request an extra pillow as the pillow on the bed was really thin and you could hear every movement from the apartment above us.

The hotel was quirky it was all on different levels & until we found the lifts we walked up loads of steps to get around not really suitable for people with disability with walking, they had theamed nights of food eg Asian, Mexican, Canary, & BBQ which where all very nice experiences in the restaurant on the upper floor

We thought the main buffet restaurant was very noisy, there was a great lack of Adult entertainment & no comfortable area in which to watch it

We stayed 4 nights, half board. 2 adults and 2 kids. Hotel is divided to 3 parts, main building 10 floors, upper area with swimming pool and apartments and another area of apartments, more upper, with pool+kids pool. We stayed in room 119, close to the pool. In the end of March water in pools was aboit 26 degrees, which was very comfortable for us and our kids. Restaurant was very busy, but there was always a free table available, and staff working very quickly. Walking distance to Anfi beach, with small kids about 15 minutes. Bus stop just in front of the hotel. Nice gym. Small playground for kids. Beautiful views on the ocean and sunset.

Food was nice plenty of choice. The pool areas were ok the beach bar was exceptional and the staff down there were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you.

The room we stayed in felt dirty, it was very dated and smelled, the sink in the bathroom took an age to drain, the shower water took an age to warm up, the toilet wobbled and was too close to the dhower. The bed was uncomfortable and the windows did not drown out noise, the waves were crashing all night.

Clean. Tidy and comfortable. Second time staying here. The hotel has developed to a very high standard. Staff were excellent, food was fantastic ( we went all inclusive) great value. You are a little bit from the neighbouring beaches but there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. I would highly recommend the gravel path hike over across the hill into Puerto Rico
